This is a ghastly excuse of a pharmacy! I just can't figure out how this place is still in business. Rude, nasty employees and incompetent management make for a raging disaster. There are other pharmacies in town, and you deserve better!

Our system is so hamstrung with stupid regulations that it has effected customer service and care. STOP leaving worthless messages on our phones. If you can't leave a detailed message regarding the actual status of a Rx, whether it's ready or if there is a problem filling it then what is the point? People at work can not usually answer their phones so when they see a message that merely states it was Walgreens calling but no detail then the action is a complete waste. NO...it is NOT a HIPAA violation to leave a detailed message if it is from provider/pharmacy to patient. You have our phone, it is verified, that "security" has already been established. Use critical thinking, logic and reason instead of following an idiotic algorithm.

Husband’s insurance will only cover at Walgreens. Absolutely infuriating because they can’t ever keep my daughters med in stock or order in enough time before she runs out! She’s on 2 seizure meds and asthma meds. They can’t even send out a refill request to the drs before we almost run out. Always get the well call your kids dr. Like ain’t that YOUR job! ?

this place and the other Walgreens not far from this one, is a joke and leaving this pharmacy is the best idea I could have. you would think they would realize customers are what keep the doors open but nope! they will send you a text saying it's ready and then go to pick up and it's not, happens to many times OR they are always out of stock. there are pharmacist that the attitude is of someone that hates customers and your bugging them to have to deal with you.

I had three refills, received one and then on my next pick up I was told this was my last refill. What happen to the other? I talked to my doctor showed her both bottles and Walgreens in Liberty are wrong! Now I have a prescriptions for a drug that helps keep me awake, it says there should be 60 pills I counted it twice there are only 55. I feel someone working there is skimming my medication. Beware going to this pharmacy, and go elsewhere.

Called for 3 days trying to get a prescription filled. No one knew why it wasn't being filled because it was in stock and my insurance approved it. Spent hours on the phone. Literally could not fill it at this pharmacy!

This place moves like pond water. Every time I come here it's slow motion. I'm sure there's another pharmacy within the Liberty area that is better and I'm gonna find it.

Transferred to this Walgreens after having the worst possible customer service from the one in Parkville. I don't understand a lot of the negative reviews for this Walgreens location. 24 hours and also refills the prescriptions fast. The employees have always been pleasant and friendly. So much better than the Walgreens I was going to!

The pharmacy at this store is never staffed properly! It’s ridiculous to make an appointment for vaccines when you still have to wait just like a walk in!

Well I went in tonight through drive through to get a refill. I waited for the other lane to be done and lo and behold another car pulled up and they began to get waited on. I yelled out the window I was next and the guy smiled and said he was sorry I had to wait and this was the customer. I pulled around and went back to the pharmacy asking for the manager and it was the 20 something that had taken the other guy ahead of me. Her response I don't normally work back here. This is not my problem. I told her she was working back here and wasn't doing her job if there are 2 cars ask who is next. I found out I had a partial refill because they didn't have all the medication. This place been a pit for a while now, customer service is non existent and another customer was complaining he couldn't even get through on the phone to speak to someone. All I heard was excuses from the employees.
