Ari is absolutely awful to deal with. I had a screaming baby and just needed to buy a can of formula and had been waiting in line forever. He had to run over and check the price on liquor and instead of helping me after checking the person out with liquor he ran to the back of the store to let someone into the bathroom. Seriously should be fired immediately for the way he treated me. When I asked for a manager he absolutely refused said he was the manager and then told me he wasn't going to sell me formula. And by the time I was ready to go I videotaped him he was shaking like a leaf out of anger. This person should be fired immediately and if the store manager doesn't want to do anything I will take this to corporate. He said I'm more worried about that man peeing on himself in my store then your baby.

Well today at the Liberty location on Kansas store #04439, I had the worst customer service ever..I have been patronizing this establishment since 2019 and I shopped here 3 to 5 times a week mostly...I handled the cashier's Carrie Lee my money and held my hand out for my change and she put it on the counter like she didn't see my hand. I looked over that one but she did it again and put all of my money lined up on the counter. I stated that I put my money in your hand and I need you to put it back in my money. It was so embarrassing that she did. The lady behind me stated that it was about respect to the cashier and she acted like that wasn't what she was going to give me. I asked for the manager and when he arrived, I explained to him and he seemed to not care at all. So I asked for a refund. After, I received my refund I told him I wanted my items but not with the disrespect she was giving. I was so shocked and I am going to wait until I talk to someone who hopefully will call me back about her position there before I transfer all my prescriptions and go where I feel valued and appreciated at for patronizing this establishment. Walgreens this was a total let down on Carrie Lee branding for your store at this location. I really hope no one else goes through this while several others were in line behind me . SHE DOES NOT BELONG NO WHERE NEAR YOUR BRAND!!!???... SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED PERIOD!!!... I made a complaint about this with the number on the back of the receipt so hopefully two days someone who knows this wasn't right can explain if this is their policy and training procedures. I never saw no cashier just put your money on the counter while your hand out to receive it instead. I was given service in a very nasty attitude and disgraceful act instead. This must be condemned not the new normal at all.

Waited 5 hours after the doctor submitted 3 scripts. 1 was filled in an hour. The other 2 were sent to their fulfillment center for delivery in 3 days. The website just says in progress. No notification that they aren't filling it at that store. When you finally call they act surprised that you need it before 3 days and say it will be ready in 20 minutes. I remember when Walgreens was a good pharmacy.

Thanks, Walgreens for wasting my time. Yeah, so today I went into the Liberty Walgreens I was in a bit of time crunch because I had a family member leaving town very soon and I was trying to print pictures for them. When I walked in the store asked three people, three different people hey does that thing work your picture printers because I’m gonna download pictures it’s gonna take me a while and I don’t have a lot of time. All the employees yes that Instant Pictures work. I sat there for an hour I tried to print it ….guess what. It didn’t work. The lady walked over and said That doesn’t work. I didn’t say anything I just got up and left. I called the manager and said look three employees told me the camera worked. I sat there for an hour. I was just on a time crunch otherwise it wouldn’t mattered. I said monkeys must’ve done a little better and he’s Don’t call my employees monkeys??? Great customer service had even say that

WORSE pharmacy Ever , be prepared the wait at least 2 hours when you arrive, also they don't due automatic refills( fact), on a medication I've been taking for10 years( BP meds) they're not open 24 hours not the pharmacy FACT the only reason why I'm writing this now cuz I'm in line wasting life on a medication at being called in but when I showed up they didn't have it so I had to come back that's 4 hours of life worst pharmacy Ever facts,

I know pharmacy shortages are a real issue everywhere, but this is excessive. This happens every month: My provider sends in a prescription and I hear nothing. 2 days later I call or go in and they initially can't find it, then they do. They say it requires prior auth, and only then maybe do they start that process. Then I hear nothing for days. I call again, they say prior auth denied, do I want to fill anyway? Yes, I do. Then a few days later, maybe I got a notification it's complete, or maybe I call again. They just ignore the queue rather than calling or handling anything

The girl who worked late night shift here is literally an angel! She helped me transferred my son’s prescription to their pharmacy in mins ,checked availability and made it ready in 15mins!!! Can’t be any more thankful.

Pharmacy's in general just suck, this place is beyond slow, they said an hr wait for 3 pills, and 2 hrs later they still have not done it, but yet sitting in the drive thru window, there can't make us all way an hr in the drive thru, I saw them grab the list, complete the 3 pills, and send us on our way. And yet they can take as long as the get want to fill a script and no one will say anything. ????????????

My script prescription has been overdue for two weeks now. The lead pharmacist just completely disregarded me and put me on hold for another hour. They are nothing but a bunch of maggots. I would not recommend going to the store ever I don't know what her name is but she is a piece of Dookie. They won't let me give them negative stars because they're pieces of shit or else I would.

Long time Walgreens customer and I'm disappointed with the service at this location. My visit frequency at this location is once monthly and I dread coming here. It's very unfortunate as I'm sure the staff are doing their best. It's apparent that there is a problem with servicing the demand of customers. I will likely be transferring to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy vaccinated my 15 year old without a parent present. Pharmacies have a responsibility to insure that proper consent is given. Did you know my child’s medical issues or allergies? NO! Complete & reckless disregard for a parents right to informed consent to protect their child and a COMPLETE failure for the child. You should lose your license.
