The electricians are awesome, quick response if any emergency. The front desk staff has nice ladies but not all are empathetic. Expensive monthly bill, super high late fees just in a few hours if you for get to pay on time. Hope in the future we can have another choice for electricity service.

Has been a reliable and trusting company for years, and they don't just change the billing on you month by month, like most companies. They are safe and reliable and trustworthy. I just wish they didn't charge a late fee (so high) and would allow payment via phone much easier for those wanting to help others. It's odd when a good Samaritan can't pay a bill for another.

Kept having my power blank out for years. Would happen every 5-12 days it seemed like. I eventually had enough and called. Got my report entered and had the Licking office call me back within 2 minutes of my call to explain the issue and why it keeps happening. Come to find out, this is the worst year ever for small rodents getting fried. Had a decent conversation about it and the conclusion is, we just need to hunt and get the squirrel population under control. He said last year was in the 100s of rodent caused outages. This year, just less than 2,000.Appreciate the super fast response time this company has and the 5 star customer relations.Thanks to everyone at ICEC

This review is specifically for The Internet Service .Farrell is ALWAYS so quick to call us when we have issues w our internet or questions . Even after hours . Been using them for about 5 years now and we couldn’t be happier . Strongly recommend IC - formally known as “Train “ for your internet services !

Charging me for a electric bill that is 30 years old, and I have had electric with them all this time, said I should of have gave them my new address, when they had my address.

Horrible. I tried to call for 2 days to set up a payment! Got hung up on from the automated messages for 2 days! Day 3, they cut off my electric! I finally got them by pretending there was a power outage. They wouldn't turn my power back on even though I have a sick kid at home and I could set up a payment for the next day (on pay day). Heartless. I had to get a loan. Thanks for nothing! There is no other company I can use either. :-(

Called Intercounty for an issue with our transformer that was causing us to be without heat. Within 15 minutes there was someone at our house addressing the issue. In less than hour we had a new transformer installed and heat in our house. Great job!! Very much appreciated.

Intercounty Electric Co. will take a deposit they make you put down the will not give it back. So don't trust them.

They overcharge for electric and say when you stop using them they will pay it back to you well I've waited 6 years and still no check. They say they don't know when they are going to pay it back. Sounds like a big PONZA game to me they owe me about $2500 I wonder who else they owe to.
