Kids that work there are sweet but haven't much leadership.... and although they do a pretty good job keeping things clean and stocked the quality and freshness should be better when "eating fresh"

The younger girl working today did not have a great attitude. Acted surprised that I asked for lettuce in my salad and generally just seemed annoyed that she had to even be there. I am in the food industry myself, so I get having a bad day, but her attitude was sour enough that I wouldn't come here again.

Well, my experience last night may have sealed the deal for me--at least at this Subway. I bought a BOGO off the app and it worked pretty well. The price was right but I couldn't see any way to add or take away items I couldn't eat. So I suffered through a sandwich I had to remove items I cannot eat-cucumber & onions. The sub also had no condiments on it. I like a sprinkle of salt plus oil and vinegar.But I thought since the price was right I'd order another BOGO off the app for my other grandson.Surprise, surprise!! I was charged full price!! Well, I was not really that impressed with the sandwich in the first place but since it was supposed to be BOGO, I thought why not.When my grandson got back to the car, I saw the price was twice what it was supposed to be. I had him take it back in. He had his grandpa go in with him. The girl at the counter first said, well you've already paid for it and there's nothing I can do.I called her from my car, (I'm disabled & don't walk very well). I told her I was pretty upset. She basically said very rudely, too bad, there's nothing we can do here about how the app charges. I can't refund or hobie the BOGO. Call the manager.So I did call the manager. Although she was very nice, she said the same thing. We can't do anything about the app. Try calling corporate. So, I have. I'm waiting to hear back.

Rolla Subway is pretty good. Licking Subway is good.wished they opened earlier. Houston has a great Subway. Lone Jack Subway use to be great,but still good. Lee's Summit Subway is good depending on who's working. Blue Springs is fair. Warrensburg Subway is fair,but hard to taste any meat......Holden Subway is good. Houston Mo. Location Wins by a land slide.

In a town that doesn't offer many options, I may have made the worst one. The service is awfully slow. Really slow. I've never seen a Subway employee put each piece of spinach on a sandwich, individually. I seriously thought that I was being messed with. It's located in a gas station that doesn't have adult beverages, and everyone seems miserable. - I'll try the Sonic across the street today. Not returning to this place.

Walked in at 857lady in front ordered 5 sandwiches. Cashier kept talking to her then at 903 looks at me and says sorry we're closed... Garbage franchise

I find this Subway to be pretty standard. My food was prepared fresh and accurately. The service was speedy and friendly.

Employee was good, and made my food right. The toasting job on it made it really Stand out from other subways! This is in a smaller gas station and had very limited sets. I will stop next time for a dbl meal Italian BMT on Italian W-W & Cheddar bread. Next time through.

Out of bread, lettuce, onions and who knows what else, as I was getting my sub the counter was a mess. The service was bad, One person in front of me and it still took 30 minutes. I just don't know how as a subway your out of everything, but that's the catch, as I said I wanted onions she repeats shes out of that now too and as I was about to just leave after waiting 25 minutes she pulls onions out of the cooler. So now I'm lead to believe there was lettuce and everything else I wanted on my sub but simply she didn't want to stock her station. I'm severely upset with the way my order was handled. Wish this subway would hire someone else for once.

The girl behind the counter refused me extra veggies and I will never come here again I ordered a protein bowl so no bread just veggies n tuna 5 spinach leaves really I was very disappointed!
