When we went to pick up our new trailer, Cody treated us as though he had known us for years as close friends or family, guiding us through every feature and maintenance task for well over an hour, and taking the time to answer any questions we had thoroughly so we left feeling confident that we knew everything we needed to know. And since purchasing, Kim in parts/service has been an extremely helpful, friendly resource for parts, accessories, to schedule any service needs. We will go out of our way to make any future RV purchases from Quality RV, a small, family-owned dealership that has always treated us as though we are family from the first visit.”
