“This is my local gym that my wife and I attend. Ownership has continued to improve the gym pretty much since the first day we enrolled by adding new equipment and services as well as remodeling the interior to make it more user friendly and intuitive.The owner, who is a super nice guy you are sure to encounter regularly, is a military veteran and the interior has a military theme to match. He posts a daily workout on the dry erase board which is great for new folks looking for some structural framework.Pricing is cheap and the gym is open 24 hours with access granted via a key fob. It can get busy as the peak times you would expect at any gym, but I have never really had to wait for a machine or piece of equipment to use. Parking in the exterior lot is ample. Overall, there is a great place to get your workout in for an affordable price.”
“I came in on a day pass and had a pretty stellar work out at this facility, With the numerous amounts of machines to choose from.As well as space to work with, a lovely environment of welcoming people. Great location near the lake.”

“I've been going here to work out going on two months. I've had knee surgery, and the trainers keep that in mind. I attend the boot camp classes. The trainers will alter my workout to help me achieve a great workout without hurting my knee. All the trainers are great! All the people in the classes are very supportive and encourage me to make it through the exercises. I'm very happy with my choice to attend MDFF!”

“I had a migraine, and was incredibly stiff. Rona was able to squeeze me in for a quick massage today and I feel 100% better! Highly recommend her for a massage, she works miracles!! I need to start using her regularly instead of letting it build up so bad.”
