“My chinchilla hurt her leg pretty bad and even though they do not see exotic pets, the receptionist encouraging me to bring her in regardless and thankfully they had two medical staff that were knowledgeable with chinchillas went beyond that and got us an appointment with the animal hospital in Jefferson City to complete her care. No other office would even expect her.”
