If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service EVER ! An employee named Joann, insulted me the entire visit. Me, my husband, and our grown children will never give our business to the Eagle Stop in Linn, Missouri. EVER !

There is always something wrong here, either the don’t have enough cash i their drawer to be able to use big bills and like tonight their card reader is down and still cannot cash a big bill. The employee is rude But then again I should be happy they are even open. A joke of a store

No receipt at the pump, then you have to go in and waste your time. Missouri has a gas tax refund but you have to have a Receipt! Also, often you say car wash and pay but get over there and car wash doesn’t function. Overall..place across the street is better, people are nicer and you get a receipt every time!

I am blown away by the unprofessionalism that comes from this store. My son is a type 1 diabetic and got a soda labeled DIET from the soda fountain and at the Linn, MO location, only to feel funny about 20 minutes later so he checked his blood sugar and he was 600. One the of "managers" named Dan at 573-284-5093 called me back a few days later and instead of re-assuring s this wouldn't happen again, he was laying blame on my son. I then called the corporate office only to get a hateful "hello" from someone who is supposed to be important but couldn't share her name with me- who gave me the same story. It seemed as though they were trying harder to get out of trouble than they were to just be accountable.

Do not work here. They will have you working constant double shifts. Constant no call, no shows. Definitely do not work here as a college student. They tried to have me work a double shift on a school night so I locked the doors, turned off the lights, and shut down.

I come here quite often considering I’m a State Tech student. Never gotten a bad deal, food & drinks are great, fuel prices are great, & car wash does excellent.

Management is consistently horrible. Hours are horrible. Management picks favorites and spreads rumors about employees to other employees.
