Shane, our salesman, was great to work with. I would never go back if I had to work with the same finance guy again. He kept me waiting for an hour even though I had an appointment and then he wanted nothing to do with me once I turned down the extra warranties. He didn't explain the terms of my loan or how I set up payments. He even began working on someone else's paperwork while we were signing ours. His office reeked of cigarette to the point of making a person sick. Terrible experience!

Matt did a wonderfull job getting everything together for us. Everyone at Jim Butler went above and beyond to get everything done on a Friday night. After hours is always difficult. Second purchase from Jim Butler. Very satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!

I normally hate the car buying process, as it takes so long, but Adam Monroe at Jim Butler Chevrolet made the process so quick and easy. He got me into the Suburban I wanted and had me on the road within 2.5 hours give or take! Overall wonderful experience, Adam is a great guy, and I would recommend everyone looking for a new or used car to go visit him!Thanks Adam!

This location generally has poor customer service from my experience. When I was trying to buy my truck, I had submitted several inquiries online to which nobody ever responded or reached out to me. I ended up having to drive to Linn in order to get any answers on the questions that I had. It was like I had to walk in and say “I would love for you to give me the opportunity to give you $65,000” during the purchase process the gentleman sold me 100,000 mile warranty. I did not realize at the time that it was an aftermarket warranty and not through GM. He did not tell me that. I have called the location and left a voicemail with finance three times in the last week and I have not received a call back. So now I will have to drive out to Linn again just to find out how I get my truck checked out through Warranty. I understand that in the sales business, once you make the sale, you don’t really care about that person anymore but good lord, my truck cost more than some people pay for their homes, you would think SOMEONE would call me back.

My experience with this dealership was excellent. The sales team was honest and the entire process was very transparent. No one even tried to sell me nitrogen filled tires.I'd be happy to buy from this dealership in the future.

When looking for my new car, I dealt with a number of other dealers who were... difficult. But buying from Jim Butler felt like buying from family. I was afforded attention like I was the only customer. No one pressured me toward decisions I didn't want to make, and I NEVER felt like someone was trying to take advantage of me. To the contrary, the staff was accommodating and helpful. The dealership itself was clean and orderly. While buying a car can be stressful, Jim Butler made it a pleasant experience.

My experience was extremely positive. This dealership yet again, made the car buying process smooth and simple and did everything I could ask to make the deal happen. Shane was fast and efficient in finding the exact truck that I wanted and at an incredible price. They did not argue with me or lie to me about my trade value which was refreshing. There is a night and day difference between the amazing people here and what I had to deal with in Kansas City. I will continue to use Jim Butler for a very long time.

We had free time for an oil change, but it was the next day. We called for an appointment and were accommodated. We were there not quite an hour. We drove from Columbia to have our car serviced.

Our salesman was new and went above and beyond my expectations of a new salesman. When i had questions that Dutch couldn't answer he would ask Mr. Brian Ocheskey. The two if them worked late on a Saturday evening after the dealership had closed to get us into a new truck. The one thing that really stands out to me has nothing to do with me, but how Brian took Dutch under his wing and turned a sale into a training/learning experience for Dutch. Seeing that teamwork along with the actual customer service that you would expect but usually do not get these days made my wife and I Jim ButlerChevrolet customers from now on.

The purchase of our new 2023 Equinox Premier SUV at Jim Butler Linn Chevrolet was the most pleasant GM vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had, and since Vince is a retiree of GM, we've owed many GM vehicles. Our salesman, Shane Backues was so very professional, so very helpful in every way, and he was so very personable with us. He treated us wonderfully! Jennifer absolutly blew it out of the park with her patience and information that I needed and then she sent me to Shane who I feel had a good knowledge of the product I was looking at and after the deal a couple days later he called and walked me through a couple tech questions I had .Over all I am very pleased with them and time will tell on the truck I bought but I cant see that being a problem either but you never knowThank you Tom Kaimann
