No pizza or anything in the warmers at Noon is such a let down. Especially when there is hardly anything else in Lone Jack. I would rate lower, but WHEN they have pizza it's good.

By far the worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Horribly long lines always out of things and never any food. Absolutely horrible place to visit

i have gone in 5 times over the last 6 months from 11am to 1pm wanting a piece of pizza and each time there is no pizza...you can put a man on the moon but caseys cant keep the slice pizza tray filled with slice pizza

This Casey's is a year and a half old and is an awesome addition to Lone Jack Missouri. Great pizza for starters, the clerks were smiling and glad to be at work. The gas pumps were busier than usual. This store is a lot bigger than the older stores with a much larger selection of merchandise. Go crazy travelers.🔜

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time stopping here. The manager Cher is lazy, unprofessional, and unattentive to not only the customers needs but the employee needs as well. I have been here several times and witnessed her sitting in the office doing absolutely nothing while 1 cashier is doing everything and has a line backed up to the back door. Cher appears uneducated, as a service dog was there with a blind man and she yelled at him to get out of the store. While she sits in the office doing nothing, it may be a good idea that she starts educating herself on Employee and Consumer Rights before she finds herself in a lawsuit.
Also, myself and other customers (I personally know) have asked for HR's number several times and she refuses to provide it.

Long wait at register while 2nd employee behind register just looked at line. Not helping.
Only pizza option was pepperoni, which they removed as I was standing there to get some, yet employees said nothing to me (before 9pm).
Not a great experience.

Twice now they have tried to weasel their way out of honoring a clearly marked promotion and/or coupon!!!
And why? are they lazy? is it coming out of their pocket?
Maybe they are just simply cruel people working there, who don't like to see someone getting a good bargain on something!!!

We haven’t ordered pizza many times since this Casey’s opened. The first time it took us over two hours to get our pizza. And the second time, the order wasn’t correct. We decided this morning to give it one more try, and we were not disappointed! Kudos to the young man who was working, I wish I had gotten his name. He seemed to be working alone, and yet both pizza turnstiles were full of different kinds of pizza and our order was ready on time, prepared correctly, and was exactly as we anticipated! Great job to this young man!

No lower price 85 gas like other stations. So disappointed that the z Phillip's 66 gas station

I was initially excited to get a Casey’s close to home and have been trying to give them time to get growing pains worked out…however, I’m not sure it will ever happen. The employees have no hustle whatsoever no matter how long the line is. It takes at least 10 minutes to get in and out of there on a good day, and forget grabbing a piece of pizza, you can guarantee there won’t be any.
