Was the food the best sandwich I've ever had? No. Was the service a Michelin star experience? No... guys it's subway, the sandwich was exactly up to standard for the given restaurant and the two young ladies working were kind and attentive... hoping this rating can battle some of you negative nellys.. this experience is literally the top of the line that I could imagine for a subway. 5 stars

Clean store. Greeted and well served by Gabby and Greg. These two are sandwich masters and so customer friendly. It’s rare to find service on this level. Fresh flavorful ingredients and well made sandwiches . 5 stars. Thank you.We’ll be back!

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just a poor performance all around. I went to the store a little after 10am (store hours open at 10) I wanted to take my son a birthday sandwich to school for lunch. The door is locked, the worker at the counter is looking at me through the door and refuses to unlock the door. When I looked again she hides her head behind the cash register! I mean, what!?!?! Come on subway, do better.

It can be hard to find good employees nowadays but there are a couple here that have really positive attitudes and really seem to care about doing a good job. I can appreciate that and will give 5 stars for that. They do great at making the sandwiches as we request them to be made.

Two days in a row, I have not been able to get the website to work. I called the Lone Jack, Mo location to try and order and was directed back to the website which continued to show the location as closed and today, I can't get to the pay page. I'm done trying. Thanks, no thanks.

The owner doesn't care about training his young staff, keeping things stocked, or supporting the community that he benefits from. Subway headquarters should pull his franchise rights.
