“This used to be our go to spot for camping/fishing but after our first trip this year I’m not sure we’ll be back. My husband and I booked a weekend in early May and ended up having to leave early because our neighbors were making us so uncomfortable. (Using our campsite, being incredibly loud, smoking cigarettes and other things, ignoring us when we tried using go our own picnic table and fire pit.) There was no one in the store to discuss the situation with and we wanted to avoid escalating it. We also couldn’t find any staff to speak to outside. We emailed to explain what happened and why we were so uncomfortable once we were home and were told someone in management or the owners would follow up when they were back in office and we never heard from anyone after that.

There was a miscommunication between staff and management on this one and they were training a lot of new employees. But Tamara was so kind and had me retell her everything and really listened! She also offered solutions for our next stay.”

“My only hit on this property is they started taking the full amount of the stay up front before you actualy complete the stay.

So they get to use your money then if you leave early they take 2 plus weeks to refund it.

Also if you are working for a comany you have to cover everything right away even though you havnt finished the stay and can only expense actual as you use it.

This is a big deal. This is not normal and is new at IHG. I dont know if its just this property or all of them.”
