“I was curious about the whole Medicare Part C with tons of questions because I didn't understand all of it and I didn't want to mess up my current Medicare or Medicaid benefits and found it quite overwhelming and gave Derek Teter a call to see if he could explain it to me he offered to make me an appointment at the office but I explained to him that I don't have transportation, so Derek said that wasn't a problem and made a special trip to my house in Marceline to explain everything and answer all my questions. Derek made me feel extremely comfortable talking to me and making conversation like I was an old friend he's known for years. He cleared up all my confusion where I was no longer overwhelmed we found what worked best for me even went as far as to help me find a primary doctor and make sure everything I needed was covered and I didn't lose anything. I can't say enough good about Derek I'll be sending everyone I know to him.If you're looking to tale advantage of all the wonderful benefits that come with Part C and it seems like one big ole mess to you if you want it done neater go with Derek Teter”
