Maybe They use to be a good service place i dont know but took them literally 2 and a half months just to tell me a flywheel was broken? Pretty much selling it because although it took that long for that little of a problem, you want 866$ or sum like i dont know mechanic work but i feel like that’s excessive because now im selling it because i cant afford that much to have it fixed let alone to even have it towed back to me.

Took in my 2013 toyota for an oil change, the kid that worked on it overfilled it with 5 quarts instead of the 4.2 amount, made him empty out the extra, he left a bag of trash in my car when he took a break I guess, he must have left the fill cap off as their was something splattered all over the plastic housing that was wiped off, at least he did that to certain extent. This type of service is uncalled for and disrespectful to owner of a clean car. Will not be going back. Called them about it and no apology was given.

Charles picked & delivered my truck. Did a full servicing of my truck. Oil change, fuel filter, cabin filter everything! Very happy, great service.

Had them install brakes on my 013 toyota camry, did great job by installing ceramic quiet ride from nappa, they had on hand. They clean and grease any metal contacts for greater movement and will check all components for safety and performance. Top notch service, I always use them for my mechanic work as I'm elderly and can't crawl around under a car, reasonable rates for their service.

Muffler Man is the best place in the world to me not only are they friendly and very very considerate with their prices and really put their heart and soul into everything they fix or help with they take the time to find what you need at the cheapest price available they are not out looking to rip you off or tell you lies it's the greatest group of guys you will ever meet in your life make sure that if you have any car troubles and I mean anything you go to muffler Man and Macon Missouri these are guys with real hearts and souls and care if you drive off in your vehicle safe or not I've seen them go in after hours I've seen them go on and on the weekend just to help a customer make sure you shop local and treat the boys with the utmost respect
