I went to this location to get some of my drive time in earlier, rather then my norm loc. I was enroute to by a trl in Columbia. Which the seller & I agreed to meet at a certain time or I would have needed to wait till the afternoon. I pulled into the drive through with a ch drawn from my Acct/US Bank to cash VS using debit card thinking it would be quicker than using a debit.Talk about a federal case made to why, I didn't use my bank & why I was paying cash. No of which is this lady business but I played a long with this ----- teller. Nearly 15 mins with ID and answering questions it took to retrieve my 2k. I did explain I was on a time schld. If i would have based my experience on this location Cust Svc I absolutely wouldnt be a Cust of U.S. bank.

Received a check that a company uses from US Bank. Went to cash it and was charged $7.00 because I don't have an account there! That is truly insane! Avoid US Bank at all costs...

ATM inop and drive threw only, had to wait for a long time only to find that atm not working. Can not enter lobby.

Updating my review from 2 stars to 1. I am unable to use my debit card anywhere i go and they won't do a single thing about it. I can't even use it at a place as simple as walmart. I have plenty of money in my account and when I asked them why it wasn't working they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Worst experience ever for my first bank account. Closing as soon as I can and switching banks. I highly recommend banking elsewhere.

The people are very friendly but too many complications! First off, my debit card never came in the mail so I was using the temporary. I never activated the new card obviously because I never got it, yet my temporary was terminated so I was left card less until I could make it in to talk to them. They got me a new temporary card and reordered my card which they had sent to the bank instead of my house, it came in the day before I left for vacation which was great because I wanted to use it on vacation! I informed them of my traveling so they knew I'd be using my card in other states. A lot of good it did me, my card was rejected in every other state I tried to use it in! Good thing my travel partners were kind enough to lend me some cash or else I wouldn't have had enough! Not to mention my card is rejected at ALL Redbox machines. Have to go BACK to talk to them again because of complications I shouldn't have. The staff is very friendly, but the complications are outrageous.
