2 staff members standing at the service desk no one checking customers out. I was directed to a self check out and I wanted to get cash back and was not given the option. I did not ask them to help me because I was in a hurry, and they obviously were too busy talking to each other

This Walmart is terrible, it’s so small it’s pathetic. Why can’t Macon have a Walmart the size of the Moberly or Kirksville Walmart? The store has such a limited selection and they don’t hire the brightest people either. Ugh, Macon deserves a bigger and better Walmart

Wally world! Large selection of items, friendly staff and they always seem happy to help. I like Walmart because they have a little of everything. And if they don't have it, home Depot is right across the street.

Got a flat tire coming across 36, so put the donut on and drove the next 30 miles to make it into Macon. Luckily Walmart's Auto Center was able to get me in and fixed my car up with two needed tires and an oil change. I was glad they were open past 5pm, otherwise I would have traveled an extra hour on the donut to make it back to Columbia where I live.

The auto service messed up twice now.
The first time, my husband and I went to get our oil changed, they messed up by taking the tires off our sedan when they were supposed to take tires off a truck, they said it was a miscommunication with their techs, how do you get a sedan and truck mixed up? They told us to come back after 50 miles to rotate them again for free, we tried and they tried to charge us. NOW, I had an appointment for an oil change and couldn’t make it, they canceled the appointment, or so I thought, I started getting notifications that I was checked in and they started service on my car, I never went to the appointment so I got on the app and it showed a Fiat, I don’t own a fiat. I called them and they said there was no way someone checked in under my name and account so I let it go. I checked the app today, saw the service invoice for the FIAT that I do not own, my address and phone number is on another persons invoice, my personal information has been given to a random stranger. Called them, manager, Jillian, laughed and cut me off, sent me to auto again, the guy, PJ or whatever just said “well I can’t contact the owner of the fiat,” well no duh, MY information is on there!!! Don’t make an online appointment, they’ll give out your information with your home address to strangers!

Great place to shop. The only critique I have is the loud, abrasive music they play over the stores public address system.
It is especially bad at the entrance to the store.
