About WM - Macon Hauling
WM - Macon Hauling is a leading provider of recycling services in North America, known for its commitment to assisting both businesses and homeowners with their recycling needs. With a reliable pickup rate of over 99%, WM is recognized as a trusted national provider in the collection and disposal industry. However, some customers have reported inconsistencies, particularly during bad weather, leading to delays and missed pickups. While communication about rescheduled dates is provided via email, the service may not always meet expectations, with complaints of prolonged waits for pickups.
Despite these challenges, there are positive experiences noted, such as helpful workers who go the extra mile, like retrieving garbage cans from difficult spots. Additionally, customer service has been praised for its responsiveness and willingness to resolve issues, leading to improved service following initial concerns. Overall, while WM - Macon Hauling provides essential recycling services, there are areas for improvement, particularly in communication and reliability during adverse weather conditions.

WM has always been great to have as our waste disposal. I had no problem in reaching out to them over a billing issue. The person I talked to was very polite and efficient! That was the only time I felt necessary to call.

Not always dependable, which is understandable in bad weather the pick up / makeup date is emailed however the alternative date doesn't always happen. The bill should reflect the lack of service for a 2 week plus wait! This has happened throughout the year on several occasions.
