“I’m a semi truck driver from Green Bay Wisconsin….. I ran into power steering issues a few miles from Chad’s shop, and was able to limp it to him at 15mph….After talking with Chad he confidently said that he works on anything and everything! He jumped right in and started working on my truck immediately in hopes to get the part I needed ordered that particular day. He ended up putting on two new parts to get me up and running….. and I felt he went above and beyond what he needed to do to get me back on the road !! His bill was 1/2 of what it should have been !!! I mailed him a Thank you check when I got back home !!! He mailed it back to me saying ……. “ This is how I do business, I’m fair/honest and stick to my word !!! “…. It’s something that you don’t often see today !! So, I feel I gained a friend !! Not lost a few days on road !!!!Thank you, Chad !!!… Appreciate Everything !!!!!!! Kurt”
