Novatech continues to be a great partner and great service and professional, super nice guys. The service team is always quick, responsive and timely, and the sales team works to find the best solutions for the environment. They took the time to show new features, answered all questions and concerns, and keep up and running little down time. The service guy is very friendly, explains what is going on and helped get us up and running.
