Service Writer, Dave Heller, graciously inspected each wheel pre & post tire rotation to reassure me that no impact wrench scratches occurred. Mr. Heller noticed license plate renewal was expiring next month and I agreed to an emissions test.

I am very happy with the support provided by Dave. He was very attentive in Listening to my problem of tire issue and drifting of the car. He has tried several ways to resolve the issues. Nevertheless, happy that we have Dave like people working with BMW. Totally customer centric.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the service we received at BMW of West St. Louis. Specifically with their service department, which has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
I purchased my Mercedes SUV last May. Initially, the buying process seemed smooth, and the staff were friendly, but my problems began shortly thereafter with the service department.
In September, just a few months after purchasing the car, I noticed that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. I took the car back to BMW of West St. Louis service department to have it checked for a leak. They assured me that they found no issues and simply "recharged" the system, sending me on my way.
Fast forward to this May, almost exactly a year after buying the car, and the air conditioning failed once again.
After being transferred multiple times to different people at the dealership, no one was willing to assist so I took my car to a Mercedes dealership for a second opinion. To my dismay, they discovered an actual leak in the system that BMW's service department had missed. The repair will costs a staggering $5800.
I am incredibly disappointed with BMW of West St. Louis service department for several reasons:
1. Misdiagnosis and Inadequate Repair: Their failure to correctly identify and fix the leak last September has led to more significant and costly repairs now. If you’re not familiar with Mercedes vehicles then don’t sale them and certainly don’t try to service them.
2. Inconvenience and Expense: I am now facing a hefty bill, and I've had to endure the inconvenience of driving without air conditioning and the hassle of coordinating additional repairs.
3. Lack of Accountability: I feel that BMW should take responsibility for their oversight and assist with the repair costs, considering their initial failure to properly diagnose and address the issue.
Overall, my experience with BMW of West St. Louis has been deeply unsatisfactory. I expected a higher level of professionalism and competence, especially after spending a considerable amount of money on a newer car. I would advise potential customers to be cautious and consider other options before choosing BMW, particularly for service-related issues.
