Fast, efficient and reasonable prices.
I need to update my review. I still stand by the fact that the prices are fair. However, I recently got an oil change and a tire rotation. As soon as I pulled off the lot, my tire pressure warning light came on. I assumed it would reset on its own, but two days later it was still on. When I checked, all of my tires were around 23–24 PSI. After doing a tire rotation, shouldn’t it be standard practice to check and properly inflate the tires?

Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone). Had slow leak -went to this location -was greeted with a very friendly and professional -he explained to me the process and the time it would need the car -called me to pick up car 1 hour earlier than expected
Picked up car and once again met by very friendly and professional front desk person
I would strongly recommend Dobbs for service and friendly people that care -also cost of repair was very reasonable

We have had several occasions to use Dobbs, most recently to replace tires after a road hazard. They are as pleasant, capable, and prompt as any that I have ever used. Highly recommend them.

This place used to have customer friendly staff but lately very short and to the point! No one smiles. Everyone seems super stressed. What happen here? Is business going really bad here? I think I’ll be going somewhere else. Too many choices out here to feel like I’m annoying and in their way.

Had a major issue with my car and Dobbs took care of it and after checking it they were able to find the issue. It was not what I was told and at a much lower cost than I was told at another dealer.
