We have been to this location multiple times, and actually switched to this location because of the way they approach their business. I never feel like I am being told one thing, but charged for some thing else. I always feel as if they are doing the best work they can without doing anything unnecessary. I appreciate everyone in the shop and what they have done to help us. Would highly recommend this location.

Only used them for an emissions test and VIN inspection (so far) but they were very friendly and extremely accommodating!

Quoted one price and was charged a second. They added shop charges and said it was government mandated charges. When I told them they removed this charge on my other vehicle, they refused name tile me I should "read the contract" before signing it. A $16 questionable charge and then"attitude " exhibited has cost Dobbs all future work on all three of may cars. Not sure that is good return for Dobbs.

My only experience at this location was a tire pressure check, but I wanted to convey my very good, initial experience... I had encountered a pothole on Manchester Road (in really congested traffic) and quickly pulled into this Dobbs location to check if my tire was injured. Chris, the very friendly and courteous manager, immediately asked a member of his team to check on my tire pressure, and Ian, also friendly and courteous, got straight to work. (Thankfully, my tire was fine.) It's really nice to encounter people who care about high quality customer service!

went in for an inspection and emission test by myself. They told me my manifold was cracked and wanted $2,200 to fix it after I just replaced my manifold and converters. Got a second opinion and nothing is wrong with the car. They just wanted my money. Super disappointed will never go back or recommended to anyone. I’m a 24 year old girl and felt very taken advantage of because I was alone. I usually have no other problems at other shops.

I have to recognize Store Manager Nick Quennoz and his great commitment to the customer satisfaction. I'd give him 5 stars in customer service and changed my overall review to 4 stars for the way he manage to resolve my complaint."I made appointment to Dobbs in Manchester because my car begun to vibrate at 60-65 MPH. I dropped it Friday Sep 2nd by 1 pm and, by closing time they called me saying that need more time to find the cause of the vibration. They told me they ran a series of test and diagnostics and that even they've rotated the tires and the problem was isolated to the front brakes, brakes were turned blue due a overheat. The day after, they called me telling me that problem was indeed the front brakes and fix it will cost me $1,300 and also told me that they find other problems that will need further attention. They were charging me with diagnostics, brake pads, calipers even hoses and brake fluid transfusion. I told the guy I don't have that kind of money and he answered me that the car then can't be moved because safety issues. I felt forced to use my credit card and have the job done. I got it back on Saturday before Labor Day by closing time. The invoice had a note saying that lower controls and shock and struts need to be replaced because that MAY BE CAUSING THE FAILURE TO THE BRAKE SYSTEM...I bring it to correct the vibration in first place and they ripped me off with the brakes that I'd never feel like they were failing or needed repair...I feel deceived.After I drove the car I didn't feel any difference in the braking and vibration didn't diminish or changed, tires were not rotated. It makes me wonder if they really did something to it."

Called this location hoping for a miracle after a holiday weekend with grinding breaks. They were able to get me in, fixed, and out the door in time for work. 10/10 recommend! I will be back:)

I woke up at 6am to a very flat rear tire. With a busy summer day of appointments and carpool to camps for my three kids I started my day feeling very stressed. I arrived promptly at open and explained what happened and Nick promised he would have us on our way in no time. Me and 3 little ones enjoyed water and coloring sheets in the waiting room until the kind gentlemen brought us the keys and refused payment for the patched tire. That was enough to make me tear up with gratitude but THEN, several hours later I discovered a DIFFERENT rear tire was punctured and rapidly leaking air. Back to Dobbs and the guys had us fixed up again in no time with no charge. What could have been the most frustrating and stressful day was completely changed by their care and kindness. They then gave me reassurance about the safety of my vehicle and kindly offered to give me a full inspection prior to a road trip we have planned in the coming weeks. I will never go anywhere else and I’ll never forget their kindness and comforting attitudes.

I made appointment for oil change, tires all 4 . And cabin filter to be checked. I love my new tires . But my oil got changed. Then a Dobbs employee informed me they were out of cabin filters fo my 2012 Impala. Dobbs FAiled on this service. I call Auto Zone in Fenton Mo. I changed my own cabin filter.

Went to this Dobbs a few days ago for an alignment. They were super quick and they were friendly! Very pleasant experience.
