Who goes to great clips expecting a “great” haircut? I expect a good haircut for $15-$20 and am never disappointed. The stylists are friendly, the value is great! The online check in is very efficient. A great value for a haircut!

Debated reviewing, but Dorothy has cut my son's hair a couple times. Each time her attitude gets worse. This last time she kept asking me what number to use, I said whatever number you need to blend what he already has going on (he wanted his hair longer), then when she sprayed the water .my son flinched and she said, calm down its just water. Very very unprofessional.

I took my son to this location, and we have used this location on a few occasions. The lady who identified as the assistant manager cut my son’s hair. He is 13 and has Autism. I noticed that he was bleeding from a cut to the side of his face. Only when I said something did the stylist stop and get him something for the cut. She told me his head was down and she couldn’t see what she was doing.
She knew she had nicked him, and didn’t notify me or apologize. She continued the cut and after returning home and getting him cleaned up he complained of a burning on his neck. There I saw a few clipper burns. I called the District manager, to voice my concerns but have never heard from anyone. We will never return to any Great Clips. Our experiences at a few have left me just disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

Had a very good experience. I have short hair and just wanted a simple cut, Irina did an excellent job, especially considering the only requests I made were “shorter and cleaned up.”

I would give 0 star, POOR Service. Went for haircut for my son . Dorothy ( mentioned in other review comments) was the stylist and she was unprofessional and did a very bad job. Inspite of explaining the details she did not cut properly nor interested in listening. She was rude in her response. Never get haircut from her. This is the second time I am having similar experience with her.

Went on the app at about 4:40pm to get in line. They close at 5:00 so I rushed over there with at least 7 minutes to spare. I know cutting it close(pun intended?), but I just needed a quick trim so it would have been very fast. When I arrived they had already locked the door. They saw me standing there and ignored me. Seems that their closing time is just a rough estimate.

Zero ratings . If possible, for one staff member in particular , for being rude, was mentioned in most of the negative reviews here. Very rude and disrespectful with bad attitude. This is my second experience with same person in last 6 months.

Yesterday I went for a haircut I showed her images of how I wanted the haircut and she saw it After I saw it wasn't that images haircut and Also she told me she has a experience from 25 years. I feel so bad for myself Why did I go to a haircut and too a high price for not giving me that haircut I showed her? Here is the thing If she was given the same haircut that i showed her I was gonna give her a good tip and also get some business but not I will never visit again

Extreme rude and unprofessional behavior. Did not listen to my comments on how to cut my hair and showed an aggressive gesture. Must avoid this place.

I have been going to this location for about the last three years and have always had a good haircut. Dorothy and the other stylists are very knowledgeable and helpful with style issues or questions. Highly recommend!

Just got a haircut, but getting checked in was really easy to do. They texted me at about 15 minutes out, and I only had to wait for a few minutes before I got seated.
