Feed My Starving Children holds the Feed the Need event here each year. It's a great time, for a much needed reason. Easy parking too

It's a great place to organize bigger events, kind of expos, food packing, etc.
As this adjacent to a kids play area in the Queeny Park, kids can hangout in the newly renovated play area for a couple of hours. If someone has more energies they can walk in the wonderful trails in the park.
