I had a wonderful experience with the beginners training course thanks to Tracie! She was amazing! She was super knowledgeable, helpful, friendly patient, kind and made our experience the best it could possibly be! Thank you for being extra kind to my Fred! Tracie deserves a raise or promotion!

The manager and other employees are very rude and i went there to bring my pets today to the hotel and i called the night before to confirm if they were open early for the holiday and they stated to me yes i went to drop them off and they refused and said they were not open until 9am i told them i had a 10am flight and basically they didn't care i had to find another place thank god i found one so everyone don't trust what they say on the phone . I also spoke to the general manager and she didn't even care as well i will never use them again and will tell anyone that uses them not to anymore.

It’s a favorite place for my dog to sniff around. She loves to watch the chinchillas and Guinea pigs. Everyone was helpful and friendly and seemed to truly love dogs. One thing I would love to see there and have not yet found at any Petsmart, is a good step-in harness for small dogs. I have to order them online and it’s more fulfilling to find it in the store, have interactions with people face to face, and support bricks and mortar!

Staff are not friendly .. I bought 20 fishes ($85 I spend) I did water test too but 6 fishes dead within a week . So I came to replace the fishes but they give big trouble to do this … finally manager will did it … but they looks not happy to do it …very bad customer service.. insulting the customer is very bad ..I am not asking anything

I went in to get my lizards bulbs, and I noticed dead fish just sitting in the bottom of the tanks - fish tanks are overcrowded and dirty too. also many reptiles had little to no water, a tortoise was eating a gross obviously old salad. And on top of that, at least 20 bettas if not more -and found 3 dead. The cashier didn’t seem to care and just sat them behind her. If you cannot sell the bettas and or take care of them properly. Don’t order them. It’s very sad and pitiful to say you’re a pet store.As a reptile and fish lover. Petsmart should be doing more research to provide proper up to date care.

Went to look at Bettas and ended up finding 3 dead ones, one having sat long enough that the water had turned brown from decomposing. Handed them to the cashier to show them and she didn't really care. I feel really sad for the bettas and the fact that they have so many and can't sell them fast enough/take care of them.
