Upsold on internet, only for us to find internet isn't even available in our area. Then made the process extremely difficult to refund, still haven't even been fully refunded. Mark, store manager, said he would get it taken care of and nothing has changed and it's been well over a month.

I was super impressed with the knowledge and patience of the staff at this location.Norman, Mark, Darla, and Jada were are knowledge and welcoming. They have an amazing chemistry.Norman walked me through every option and even tried to help save me money.Norman took the time to explain almost everything to me and that was appreciated.I have been a customer for a long time and I have seen people come and go from this location. I hope this team is here to stay.

I try to return an item at 7:10pm on 1/11/24 and she told me the whole system was down and to come back tomorrow, I drove 30 mins to get there so it was a waste of my time

Darla helped us get another line added. She was very nice and helpful. The store manager Sam was also very helpful and relatable. Very relaxed atmosphere and not pushy.

I worked with Tarik. He was extremely helpful, kind and professional. He had a wonderful disposition and made buying a new phone enjoyable. Before that I was at the Chesterfield Valley Store. They were just sitting around doing nothing. Their were three employees and only one other person in the store. They had no interest in helping or selling me a phone. I was thinking I hate TMobil. After that experience Tarik was awesome! A breath of fresh air. I will recommend him to everyone I know.

I had an amazing experience today there thanks to Mark (could be Marc)! My phone stopped working and he was able to give me so much help and guidance in getting me a new device set up! Saved me truly thank you thank you thank you!! Could not recommend him more for any of your needs!!

They deserve 0 stars, I have had to go twice this week because my phone was not working and I needed to get into my online account, the pregnant girl at the store was no help at all. She literally said unfortunately there's no way around that and I don't know what to do about that. I went to AT&T and the lady there just switched sd cards of my phones for me to verify, you would think the T-mobile genuises would have thought of that. The second time I went there was the pregnant girl and a guy he was a little more helpful but did not address my issues. They sold me a S20 fe in a box that said S21 and charged me for a S21 and the employees said they did not know what to do about that. Terrible customer service, will definitely be switching carriers asap.

Terrible service. I walked in for the T-Mobil Tuesday offer. I waited for over 20 minutes without being greeted or any acknowledgement. After worker "Justin" greeted me, he would not provide the Tuesday gift. He insisted I needed the app. I explained I had problem with the app & momentarily de-installed it. He would not look me up in the system despite me having 5 lines with T-mobile. I went to another location and received the gifts no problem. I will not return to this location again.

I'm having problems switching from my Yahoo to Google account on the new phone. I think the problem I have has an easy fix! Chris looked at my phone for 30 seconds, shook his head and said I don't know. It's 6 minutes to closing- I think he just wants to get out of there. I've work to do tonight and needed him to help me. Really disappointed.

Chris is the best! Our phones were somehow shut down as one of us was changing the SIM card from Sprint to Tmobile while speaking with the toll free cust service number. Needless to say we were irritated. Chris was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained the issue, fixed it quickly and told us what we need to do for our kids' phones as well. Terrific customer service! The world needs more people like him. Truly - we came in very irritated and left very happy! The woman before us told us he was worth the wait as he was very helpful to her as well. You have a great employee there!

Great experience yesterday with Chris at this location!We went in with just an inquiry about plans, and left super happy with a new phone, new accesories, new line, a home internet device all with great offers as well.His patience with our questions was outstanding, his product knowledge and troubleshooting abilities remarkable as well.All in all, this is the reason why I have been with Tmobile for so many years.Customer service that goes above and beyond each and every time!

I went to T-Mobile on Monday, February 20, 2023 to upgrade my phone. The customer service is deplorable and fraudlent. Justin added the $18 per month insurance to my account without my permission or knowledge. I only discovered the extra charge when I got a text message this morning saying "Thanks for purchasing Protection 360".
