Entered this store and It was clean and everyone was helpful and professional. I was taken care of with my shipping of a large dehumidifier and with some pictures that needed to be printed. Very satisfied.

I feel completed ripped off by this store and hated the service so much I may never use any UPS Store ever again! I bought some model train buildings from the Menard's store just up the street from this site and btought them here to ship since I live in Pennsylvania and there are no Menard's stores in the state. The girl who waited on me rolled her eyes and seemd very disinterested in my business. She measured the items and then quoted me a price of $172.00! She couldn't eplain to me why it costs so much and since I had no alternatives, I bit the bullet and paid the exhorbitant price. Several days later when the box arrived, i discovered why. The box was twice the size it should have been, stuffed with an excessive amount of paper and bubble wrap! What I was shipping was already in highly protective wrapping, but I am sure that the bigger the box the more they can charge! I had a huge green trash bag full of just the paper used inside the box. It was totally unnecessary, but again, that's how they jack up their profits. Never again! I'll go to FedEx or even the US Post Office next time.

I was able to walk in and dropped my purchase on the counter and get a receipt within a minute and a half.

The agents I worked with were kind and helpful, they went above to assist me with my business. I even got an application for my son to work there, this is by far the best local location I’ve visited in about a year.

I'm the type of person who doesn't wright a review unless I have seen the same things multiple times. The lady who apparently is the manager is about the rudest person I've ever seen still be able to hold a job.
People with basic questions minding there own business get treated like an inconvenience to her day.
It's not worth it to even walk through the door. I'd rather pay more to ship and not be treated like a pariah then go there again.

If you are interested in shipping cigars, don't try this place. I was told UPS won't ship cigars. I explain that the exact box I was shipping out, came to me via UPS. And I have cigars delivered to me multiple times a week from UPS. She said there is a difference between UPS and The UPS Store, and I'd have to go to Earth City. My last visit to this location, USPS here I come.

Customer service at this location has went from the best store around to one of the worst. If you get the short blonde with the face piercings. She's rude (just watched her treat a senior citizen rudely) and will try to make you feel stupid if you don't know the correct return policy's.
