This place is a dump. It smells when you walk in. None of the stuff sold there is anything good. It looks like a bunch of junk.

I just had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had trying to get a medication. It’s the same medication I’ve gotten for 8 years every Walgreens in Florida, Ohio and Missouri have been helpful with changing my manufacturer to Rhodes because for whatever reason it makes the mediation 35 dollars or so instead of almost 200. So not only did I call 4 days in a row and they kept saying they would have it the next day then tonight on the 4th night I’m out of my meds and they are important ones deshawn is the person I talked to. When he picked up the phone the first time he put me on hold for about 3 minutes then when I get the bottle because he refused to look up the manufacturer which it’s right there on the computer which manufacturer I use. Regardless I went and got the bottle and told him it’s Rhodes who makes it. I informed him that the last few days I had been told they were ordering that brand so I can get my normal price and this was my first time at this Walgreens. Big mistake. What deshawn said was it’s 200 dollars I explained what I just said above and he basically said too bad this is the cost here. Go somewhere else: I said excuse me? Can I speak with the pharmacist and then he said he was the pharmacist. I’m not convinced of that fact simply due to his attitude and low level of professionalism but either way now I may have to go to urgent care because this Walgreens. I want to be clear most Walgreens have always been good for me but this one I marked, with Deshawn. Be warned you may very well experience the same thing and be out in a bind. And the worst part is that I know Rhodes is one of their main manufacturers it could have been there the next day any of those days they said it would be and then this. Where he won’t even look into it, pay it or go somewhere else. After ten years…. What a disappointment. MCG

1. Delayed order for 5 hours. 2. After couple hours of waiting I called them… some person said he would take care of it… in two hours when nobody called me, I called again. Order was ready. 3. Lady who picked the phone up was rude. I thought she couldn’t hear me so repeated Hello twice. She answered rudely “ I told you “Walgreens at …” twice! “4. Will change drug store for my insurance right away. Nobody apologized for delayed order - that’s fine, I’m ok; however to be rude is way to much.

have had terrible experiences with the pharmacy. Waiting on hold for a long time and then they hang up without saying anything. this happened more than once, one week I logged over 3 hours trying to get in touch with them to see what was going on with my script that I had been waiting on for weeks. Telling my my prexription will be ready tomorrow, or 'use the automated system' but that happened daily for over a MONTH! There was no national shortage of this medicine, they just did not fill it EVER and I had to finally have my Dr. call it somewhere else. I have gotten prescriptions with the wrong number of pills from this location. I have also had refills remaining 'dissapear' . I've had prescriptions filled incorectly and incorectly billed. I have removed all my prescriptions from Walgreens and hope I never have to rely on them for a critical medicing again. Oh, did I mention the pharmacy is randomly closed and for days at a time and wont have a pharmicist even there so then you can't get your prescription? BOOOOOOOO Walgreens corporation is TERRIBLE!

Terrible!!! Pharmacy is terrible!!!! They won't have what you need - make you wait for them to get it - talk to you multiple times and NEVER tell you they started the 7 days to pick up the script when they received it (but didn't have it) and they are closed on the weekends so too bad so sad no script for you!! YOU have to call the doctor's office!! Don't send any scripts you can't live without to this place!!

Dreadful service. Misinformation on signage and website. Hand drawn corrections on hours, the antithesis of helpful. Dirty and disorganized pharmacy. Go to any other Walgreens, but not this one.

Terrible customer service. The pharmacy staff has been so rude and unhelpful that I won’t go to Walgreens anymore.

The store is nice but the pharmacy is terrible. They're always short staffed and don't even have hours on the weekend anymore. I'm just being factual here, save yourself a headache and use another store for prescriptions.

I tried asking for help from one of the employees, he just looked at me, scoffed and walked away.

I came here for all my pharmacy needs for almost 15 years which should say what I formerly thought of the service. I was on a first name basis with the pharmacy staff. I picked up my last script here today. Since a complete staff overhaul, wait times are consistently ridiculous, there is zero communication from staff, repeatedly canceled orders with no notice, and then you're on hold for 35+ minutes to try to find out why. They lost one script already for never getting it right which to Walgreens was several hundred in revenue a month lost purely on poor service at this location. Now, it takes 3 online orders, 3-4 phone calls, and it still takes 3+ hours to get a simple 30 count of tablets and its been this way consistently with the new staff. It is not on a first come, first serve basis and they decide who they choose to serve first based on if you're a bother. In fact, I was shorted a tablet last month, so even the simplist count to 30 is wrong after 15 years of perfection. It was a controlled substance, and against protocol they handed it out without the pharmacist signature and the bottle was short. They don't seem to understand that not everyone is a retiree with nothing better to do than chase them only to be made to wait arbitrarily regardless of when the order was placed or when they said it would be ready. I had a friend picking up hours after I spoke with a human who gave an approximate time and waited longer, and the guy in front of him placed a refill order and they said it would be 30 minutes, my friend said he was picking up for me and they told him it would be another hour. The purpose of online ordering is to make that request efficient. But it won't matter. It will be canceled and they will not call. Week before last, filling the only other script I could let them handle, left me on hold for 15 and 35 minutes respectively for 2 calls. The longer of which had "one caller ahead" of me for about 20 minutes, so I'm fairly convinced they simply don't want to answer it and hope you'll give up. I recorded for quality assurance too if it helps. It makes for a boring video, but proves the service record as well as the unsigned bottle of controlled medication. In short, RUN AWAY! There's enough walgreens in that neighborhood that you don't need to go much farther to avoid this location. They will decide who gets service when so I'll decide who gets my future business.
