We talked to several "concrete people" about the vision we had for our great room floor and most of them gave us deer in the headlights looks. Talked at length with a paint store in our area who had another brand of stain which is what we ended up purchasing INITIALLY and used it on a couple of insignificant spaces as test spots, but when it came to the special effect we wanted our son to stain onto our great room floor they didn't give me any feeling that they were at all c

Debbie helped me save my job by taking the time to choose the right product they sell for the concrete polished floor look I was trying to achieve ! She nailed it and as crazy as it sounds, customer service with most companies is a thing of the past. Debbie actually spoke to me on the phone (no text, no emails) WOW and looked at the pictures of what I was trying to accomplish and sold me the correct product. In other words she did her job! If more companies were like this and had employees like Debbie, there would be a lot more very successful American company's! This is also coming form an small business owner; no matter how much technology we gain every year, we still need to learn to communicate with each other and that will make the difference between a business succeeding and failing! Thank you Debbie your a valued employee I am sure of that!
