What can I say...it's convenient. The damn sunscreen is annoying tho. If u rent just one movie at a time you're more likely to not have a late fee.

We attempted to rent a movie. When we called Redbox to let them know there was a problem with the movie we received, the lady at Redbox went above and beyond to make it right with us. Thank you for excellent customer care!!
