I really like this store. They're helpful and sometimes (not all the time) you'll encounter an employee who doesn't give you want you ask for but he'll do even better and give you the tool that you really need. I recommend this store and the employee names Juan

Walked in, simply asked if they changed batteries and was immediately met with attitude and hostility. Would've went somewhere else for a battery if I didn't have to get my car jumped just to get here.

Went to return a battery that I ended up not needing after all; the first employee told me he wasn’t sure if they could do it. Then the store manager said that they shouldn’t but he appreciated my customer loyalty and that they prioritize customer satisfaction over everything …he gave me a full refund! These guys are the real deal! 5 stars!

The staff were incredibly helpful, even when they were not expected to provide the services I needed to troubleshoot my car issue. One of the clerks was so kind to provide me with water on a hot day while I was working on restarting my car in the parking lot. He also invited me to sit down behind the counter while I was researching the issue. Their kindness went a long way!
