Very friendly customer service! I am a college student and this is my first Missouri winter. Due to the cold weather recently, my windshield wiper fluid froze, and I was stuck driving around with grime on my windshield. An employee helped me find the windshield wiper fluid I needed to remove the grime and even put it in my car for me! They also showed me how to check the condition of my windshield wipers as well. I will be coming back if I need anything car related in the future.

Juan gave some of the best customer service I’ve seen at a business recently. He helped me out then offered to go above and beyond by installing a battery in my car even though he didn’t have to. Friendly guy who made his customers feel welcome + really knowledgeable.

Everyone very helpful .Steven Sanders was great, went the extra mile explained everything so I could understand. When you are 75 it is nice to have a place that helps you. I buy all my car supplies on the one on big bend.

I’d like to take the time to acknowledge great customer support. Shamora helped me today when I needed a battery. (Tricky fit) She was both friendly and efficient. I learned that this store is number one in St. Louis and it’s easy to see why. Who knew buying a battery could be the highlight of my day. Kudos to who ever hired her. God bless her and her great attitude and smile.

I came by last week for a free battery check for the first time. Which I can tell everyone hates to do. After not being greeted for a few mins. I get in line. A white guy w/ glasses asks me what I need. And before I could even get the full sentence out he cuts me off with “well that’s gonna be a while” and just walks off. When I do get some assistance by the black woman he asked to help me. She tells me my battery has dead cells but nothing wrong with the alternator. So I buy a battery. Light is still on. But she says it will go away. I’m driving home, my car breaks down as I’m getting on 44. So I was without a car the last 6-7 days. Today I’m being told that I need a new alternator which I got that done. Wish I would of known instead of what i went through because of I was told by the employee here.

Went in to buy a battery for my boyfriend's car after accidentally leaving the lights on while I was at work. I knew he was a rewards member and have previously looked up his prior purchases to help me find certain parts. Asked them to look up the number and was completely ignored. The woman proceeded to ask me questions I didn't know the answer to (because it wasn't my car) and repeatedly ignored my requests to look up the account. I was fairly certain there would be a record of the battery because it wasn't that old. After getting nowhere with her, I walked away and waited for someone else to help me. Asked the next employee directly to look up the account before anything else. I was able to quickly determine what battery I needed that way, which was great... until she REFUSED TO SELL IT TO ME. The battery was probably still under warranty, but I knew we needed a new one due to my negligence. I was not asking for a replacement. I just wanted to BUY a new battery. She insisted that it was the alternator. We had just had the car repaired and knew that was not the issue. Then she insisted that we needed to charge the battery (which we had already tried doing). She kept saying there was nothing she could do unless I brought the old battery in. I was not going to be able to do that and kept insisting that I was ONLY interested in purchasing a new battery. She would not budge. Later, after I had given up, my boyfriend came in and had a nearly IDENTICAL experience with the same employee. He is an EXTREMELY patient man, but he almost ended up losing his cool and was visibly frustrated when another employee finally stepped in and helped. We got the battery replaced, and when we brought the old one back in to recycle it, they confirmed that I was right to just replace it. I'm pretty knowledgeable when it comes to my own vehicles. I had really loved this location because as a woman, you tend to get treated differently at auto parts stores. The male employees always treated me with respect, were knowledgeable and helpful, and never made me feel as though I didn't know what I was talking about. I used to come here fairly often and had really enjoyed this location. This experience sullied my opinion, and regardless of how convenient it is, I will not be back.

It was time for a new battery for my Honda Fit. Shamora helped me with my purchase. She was kind helpful and efficient. I learned this store was number 1 in St Louis. It's easy to see why. The whole staff was open and friendly. IT's people like Shamora that make my day! God bless her and her smile!
