Best smash burger in STL! Sides are always a treat as well. Tallow fries are a must get. Also, review their selections and make your own charcuterie board to go along with your burger. Sit at the counter to watch the butchers work while you eat your meal. Outstanding STL treasure.

This place is truly unique being a butcher serving up amazing food for lunch, with a large set in area. The sandwiches are so fresh and skillfully crafted with fine garnishes and sauces. They are even better accompanied by some of my favorite fries ever in their bees tallow fries and those also can be enjoyed with their flavor pact sauces.Finally got around to trying a smash burger and these are also amazing. This place also has cold coolers with fresh soups and dishes as well as some unique products such as soap and lip stick to made with their tallow, that just amplifies the excelling with their product!

I love this place! Whether you are looking for a sandwich, brunch or top-notch butcher shop, look no further. Bolyard's does it all. All of their food is amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. High quality, local, sustainable and delicious meat selection.

A wonderful mix of restaurant & butcher. We ordered a variety of sandwiches for my office. Everyone's feedvack was delicious!I ordered The Southern Bell (fried bologna sandwich). The bologna was OUTSTANDING, crisp and thick cut. The toppings had a nice balance of acid and the bun super soft. I've had similar bologna sandwiches in the City, but I'd have to say this is the best of alot of great candidates.The pork rinds were light and airy with a savory after taste & a perfect amount of salt. My only criticism was all of our orders only had a few large pieces in them, leaving all of us hungry for more.Our office "potato salad" critic said it's fabulous & a must try.Dining room is clean, eclectic with a welcoming staff. I'm excited to come back.

Excellent all around! We picked up our Thanksgiving turkey from here and it was excellent. Came back a few weeks later for lunch and it was delicious! Even better was the kind and caring staff. 10/10 all around.

To start start with the portions were small for what they charge. We ordered online and pork rinds were advertised as a side. When we arrived and had to ask where our pork rinds were, we were informed that they were out when they clearly had some available at the counter. They didn’t even offer a substitute. However they had no issue keeping the tip that we had left a checkout. Very tacky business practices.

Have been several times and never disappointed. Finally made it for brunch today.Neat atmosphere with street or parking lot parking. Go to eat and get some meat!Brunch was the weekly hash bowl. It was tasty. A little spice but not over the top for those sensitive to spice like me.The Biscuits are amazing and even better with gravy and an egg. #YUMFor lunch- must have tallow fries. Hard to go wrong with any of the sandwiches.Staff are friendly and ready to help you make your selection.

if there was a 10 star rating, Bolyards would deserve it. The turkey brined and baked per Chef Matt's recipe was the best my family has ever eaten. The stuffing was so delicious it should receive its own food group category. And the gravy was perfection. Bolyards impresses in every way!

This is a review for their retail meats. I ordered a porchetta from them on November 10th, for pickup on Nov 22nd. I requested a 4-5 lb cut. They called on Nov 21st to verify pickup, my wife went to pick it up and come to find out they gave us an 8lb cut for $138. They did not season the inside, they were not pleasant to my wife when she picked it up, nor did they confirm with me the weight and price on the Nov 21st call. I made the mistake of trusting them to provide me what I ordered and I thought they would know how to prep porchetta. I've heard good things about their meats but this experience was horrible and could have been handled much better by Bolyards. The place might be good for the deli, but their meat dept service is horrendous.
