We just got home from visiting this branch. I was looking for a change because I’ve been paying so much for more than a decade from another company.
Ruby was the only one in there and I cannot tell you how much efficient, knowledgeable and most of all patient and kind to. She listens to our needs and she worked diligently with us.
She was amazing and she needs to be acknowledged for working hard with us.
Mobile service company should have somebody like her.

Annoyed slightly. I explained I wanted to purchase a phone, no up grade no number change. I'm trying to call my number that I've had for years...paid the bill today at a different location - went to Manchester for customer service but somehow there was a disconnect because how do I have 2 lines when I absolutely said I did not want a second line I actually said I would purchase a different phone for that....very unsatisfied because it's an extra inconvenience that I can't afford. I already have to leave my neighborhood to avoid a hustle or scam...now I'm pissed because I have to make a 2nd and 3rd trip for something I thought I was sure of. 1st time at this location....🥀

Decided to switch to boost Mobile had great service and a good experience with Buri the other day.
I stopped in today to see about getting something changed out. Ruby was super nice about taking care of it for me !

Ruby was amazing she got us all together!! We came in for one problem but after reviewing our account she got us all updated so nobody else has the issue we were just having!! Definitely will be back to this location to visit!!🥰

I came to this location because I had an issue with another location and Boost had a deal for my upgrade. The worker Ashley E., helped me out, took great care of me, and it was easy. I love the new phone and I'm happy with Boost again.
