CAT Computers readily identified my laptop issue (keyboard) and replaced it. Communication was excellent, price was reasonable and all this took place amidst the holiday schedule. If I have a future problem, I’m glad to know they’re in town.

CAT Computers was able to resolve my laptop charging issue within a couple days rather than Geek Squad, which would've been almost over a MONTH to do. Great service! Highly recommend this company. :)

I reached out to CAT COMPUTERS with a Google reviews issue, and Robert, the owner, quickly and efficiently resolved the issue that had been dogging me for awhile now, where I couldn't read or reply to our reviews, so based on this brief interaction I feel very comfortable recommending CAT COMPUTERS for your IT needs, and I will certainly use them again should another issue arise that I can't resolve myself!

After my secondary drive died, I was able to drop off my laptop quickly. While discussing the situation, I was told that I could send the drive in to a data center for recovery, but that it would be pricey. Since not of it was critical, I decided not to, and to just get a replacement drive installed. Robert handed me the original drive in case I ever decide to change my mind and opt for data recovery, which I appreciate.
I picked up my laptop within a few days and after I got home, Robert let me know he forgot to hand me back a few of my USB devices. I don't live far away, but he offered to drop them off to me, which he did and I also really appreciate!
Overall, a very good experience, not too expensive, and I'll think of them first if I ever have any computer troubles going forward.

My computer would not power on. I made a couple of calls and CAT computers replied quickly and was ready to determine the issue same day. As I expected, the cost of repairs would be more than the worth of the PC. Robert quickly sent me a quote based on my needs; he LISTENED to me instead of trying to over-sale. I have my new laptop, the hard drive from my old computer (which I don't really need since they moved all my files over), and a docking station. I highly recommend doing business with CAT Computers!

I contacted Robert at CAT Computers to ask a question about VPN networks and how to set them up. Robert was kind enough to explain how they worked and gave me a recommendation for one. He told me to call him back if I needed more assistance in setting it up or going a different route. I am grateful for him taking the time to explain things to me and get me going, even though I didn’t purchase any services at this time. I will have no trouble contacting them for future services if needed.
