This has to be the best CVS drug store!
The manager and associates are sooooo incredibly helpful 👌 like above and beyond.
Especially the manager!!!
He saw me struggling with the checkout bc it didn't give me a receipt and I wanted the coupons.
I had no clue how the app worked or that it was even worth while .
He walked me through the whole process explaining so clearly how to operate and get my coupons.
All these years I could have been saving so much money !
Well thanks to his help I now know how to access savings on everything!!!

This CVS location in Maplewood always gives exceptional service. Been going there for years and they NEVER disappoint. All the staff is helpful and professional.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for the last year and just about every month we have issues with getting our prescriptions. The final straw was this last month having my controlled substance only partially filled because they didn’t have it in stock. The pharmacy didn’t call my doctor to get the script edited to reflect the new amount like they are legally supposed to. They just filled what they had available and told me to call my doctor when I ran out. Turns out that’s not how it works. I wasn’t able to get the rest of my script because to my doctor it looked like the whole script was filled. I’m so sick of the uneducated pharmacists at this location. I’ve had to go almost two weeks without my medicine because of them.

I went in to this location yesterday & Jay was extremely helpful with what I needed. She went out of her way to make sure an item I was looking for was in stock. She made sure my rewards & coupons were applied during checkout & had such a sweet attitude & a nice smile! Thank you Jay for the excellent customer service. :)

Nathaniel the store Manager was so kind and very helpful. He helped me download the CVS app so I could get my rifle coupons and was so helpful throughout that process!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. I purchased something and the digital coupon in the app did not apply and I said I'd like to return the item please. The manager, Nathan... took the receipt and said a firm NO! We don't do that. I said sir, you don't accept any return a with a receipt? I spent close to $50. He said no...if the coupon didn't apply it's not our fault and we can't do the return. I didn't have the energy to argue and just said ok...even though I knew I had the right to return the item...

Honestly words cannot describe how rude and unhelpful the pharmacist was on the phone. I'm so glad this isn't my home location.

It was a very beautiful place nice and clean. Everybody was happy and smiling. I really enjoyed shopping at the CVS. That’s why I told the doctor that I would like to pick up my pharmacy pick up there because I really love this store. It’s in the area where I live at the people are beautiful always have a smile on your face and offer to help you when you need it. I think it was just a beautiful place. Never change anything. Just keep it just the way it is. It’s a very very good store.

Been going into this cvs a while now, it has been 5 or six times now that a woman in the pharmacy named Christina (Tina) , that does nothing but complain , the last time , was I need to retire , oh look I filled your prescription by myself , I'm tired, She does nothing but complains ! I'm nicer than to add the other things that were said in past ! The manager told me he is working to fix problem , seems like nice guy, the pharmacist seems nice and seems to be legitimately concerned about her patients , this has been a issue that has been ongoing, And apparently not just by me .
