Great customer service! I had a concern with the first car and they simply gave me another. They want your entire experience to be satisfying and uncomplicated. All locations that I’ve visited have been great.

Make sure you DO NOT use the drop box, I got charged two extra days because of this.
(I was refunded for the two extra days)
It was just a huge inconvenience.

Due to an auto incident, I had a long term rental while my car was in the shop. The crew at my local Enterprise did a great job facilitating my car needs, and making sure that I was communicated with, when questions arose.

I've never had problems with enterprise until today and i rent with them all the time. They walked the car with me upon rental and instructed me to ignore small dents. Upon returning the vehicle they are filing an insurance claim on me for dents I was instructed to ignore. The branch manager Victoria McGuire. To top it off when I spoke to her on the phone I had to explain to her three separate times that I was dropping off the car, she kept switching the conversation that I was picking one up.

RUDE. Talks over you. Doesn't listen to the questions being asked. We're going elsewhere, even if it costs more. Can't get a straight answer. The reservation lady had a bad attitude, rushed me, and talked over me. FAIL! We're going with Hertz. You lost us for good, Enterprise. Keep up the poor work.

The customer service worker we dealt with was accusatory and rude. We've had a terrible time with them regarding a blemish on the car that was not our fault. Rather than talk with us regarding the issue, they escalated the incident to their claims department. Rather than refer me to someone who could handle our situation, she continued to argue with me defensively. Stating that she was right and throwing her job status around. She claimed to have trained the man who rented us the car in another town, stating that he could not have possibly made a mistake in his job because she trained him. She has not worked in that office or town in over a year now. Having worked in customer service management myself, I was trained that this is not how you treat customers. It's really unfortunate, as this is the only car rental place in our town. But I'd prefer to drive to another town to avoid renting from them.

Great experience with customer service. The original rental resulted in a check engine light. However they were able to consult with the nearest Enterprise so I could swap out my car. Great experience.
