Beware of this place. Made an appt and they acted like they did not have one. Very unprofessional. I left and I’m glad I did not use them. Wouldn’t trust them to know how to do taxes. I won’t ever consider using ANY Jackson Hewitt tax service.

I have received exemplary service from Galena with Jackson Hewitt for the last five years. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else anymore. Galena knows the tax laws and does an excellent job in completing the tax forms. I feel confident knowing that if a problem ever comes up (and it has), Jackson Hewitt is there to take care of everything for me. A deep exhale. I regularly file my taxes at the Maplewood, MO Jackson Hewitt because of their convenient location. They are located in the Maplewood Business district. The rates are reasonable, and they do a good job of printing returns, and forms related to the returns. They are fast, and accurate with all things related to tax filing. They are in the office year round for tax assistance. I recommend this Jackson Hewitt to anyone who resides, or works in the central Maplewood area. Conveniently located for residents of Richmond Heights, Dogtown, or Webster Groves.
