I had a great service experience. Besides the work I hired them to do, they identified a no-cost service bulletin that fixed a separate minor problem with the car that I hadn’t even told them about. Very pleased.

I never write reviews unless I have an exceptional experience. I must say I have not had this great of customer service in a very long time. Brought my first Mini in for service and it was excellent! Stream lined, kind, received a full video and check list for my car and came back within an hour to my CLEAN car. These small things matter and this dealership clearly still pays attention to detail unlike most nowadays! Thanks Mini!!

Shout out to Haris Nuhanovic & Mini Cooper of St Louis. You guys went above & beyond to make my wife & I happy on purchasing my wife’s new 2015 Mini Cooper 4 door S. The manager also went above & beyond to meet our needs. I found a scratch on the passenger front rim - the manager immediately took the car across the street & got the rim fixed. I’m retired Army ( 21 years served) & I would recommend Mini Cooper of St Louis to anyone who is looking for a car - they have excellent customer service, personable & professional. From my experience they took care of us. Keep up the great work Haris.

Dropped by to check out the new 25 Countryman All4. I told Sam I already knew what I wanted, and he did a great job of both listening and guiding the final sale. The family and I ended up driving home in my new dream car and I am 100% satisfied following the sale.
The sales floor had the normal new/shiny feel, and the waiting area kept the whole experience cozy for myself and my family. Bathrooms were clean and upscale compared to most dealerships. Very bougie!
Sam did a great job of getting us familiar with the vehicle prior to heading off the lot. He pulled our cars side by side so that we can load everything from one to the other and even stayed about an hour after closing to ensure we ran out of all our questions.
I’m looking forward to seeing how the service experience is, but if the sale is any indication I feel I have made the right choice in dealer. Thanks for the awesome experience and helping us go home in this amazing car!

Deanna was so great helping with the purchase our vehicle. Communication was quick and easy. She made the process so smooth. This was by far the best buying experience I’ve had. Whatever they are paying her it’s not enough for the services she provides.
