What a great shopping experince! The store was well organized, and seemed to have more things than the ross i usually visit. Matt, who checked me out even helped me find a necklace and matching braclete. I would definitly shop at this store again. Someone give Mat a raise!

One of the most ghetto experiences of my life was coming here. The same employee got into loud yelling matches with 2 different customers. Zero men's dress pants, fitting rooms were closed. Also customers just yelling randomly.

Ross traditionally has great customer service and I generally come here from time to time. I don’t understand the need to have 2 employees to be on one register while one scans the product and the other bags your product while have a train of people waiting to ring out. Then to top it off they have a loss prevention lady at the door. I bought a pair gym shorts, keep in mind I didn’t bag my item the representative did, loss prevention watched her bag my item merely 5ft from where she was standing and she still requested to see my receipt and looked through the bag.
That’s absolutely ridiculous there’s no reason I should even need to show my receipt and or have you go through my bag in this scenario. I could definitely understand if I had 15-20 items but be real with yourselves Ross. Get it together this is horrible customer service.

Goodwill has more clothes than this place. Idk how it’s still open, it’s empty inside. Worker was throwing a fit loudly about having to come to work and it was only 9:30am.

Danette’s service was extremely rude and nonsensical. When I pointed out the product’s quality issues, she arrogantly said the defects were why it was discounted. This is unacceptable—discounted items should still meet basic standards. Highly disappointed.
