“The visit to schnucks was good. Found everything I needed. All the workers were friendly. The prices were up, but they are everywhere now so, I can't blame that on them. Overall good though.”

“Although I love this mall and enjoy shopping here, my son and I were disappointed that we couldn't find any basketball shoes at all. We checked several stores but had no luck finding what we needed. The mall is still a great place to visit, but the selection for basketball shoes was lacking during our trip.”
“Some of the staff are slightly snooty. Meaning gruff staff shouldn't interact with customers and should stick to fronting the shelf's (which this location is notorious for not being concerned that stock is left pushed way back on the shelves and you might need to dig for the last couple bottles 'if' their count is accurate.)
Couldn't seem to help in checking if another store had something they were out of stock on but commented 'Other stores should have that in stock if we don't.'
Why not go the extra mile an say: Would you like me to check availability at another location since we are out or our count is wrong?”
“Plaza Frontenac is a beautiful and very convenient shopping center with a great selection of stores. The customer service is consistently excellent, especially at Coach and Lululemon, where the employees are always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The stores throughout the mall are very nice, and the entire place feels elegant, clean, and welcoming. It’s always a pleasant place to shop!”

“Love this strip mall. Nail Pro is the best for manis and pedis. Mcalister's has good food at a reasonable price and TJ Maxx is always a fun place to shop with new stuff all the time. Easy to find a place to park and easy to get in and out of.”
“One place you won't regret if your looking for a good burger and ice cream/Cluster. The service is great and the food is cooked fresh! You can also dine-in great music and view! I enjoy myself every time I go!”
“Convenient print and go service. The only reason for 4 stars instead of five is that there were no supplies such as paper clips and clamps at any of the stations.”
“The Plaza is flourishing once again. There's noticeable renovations and updates giving it a fresh look.
The Trainwreck is still booking some good entertainment and drawing a crowd. A good place for dancing.

“One of my favorite whole foods. Lots of options. I love their fresh bread which they now have a bread slicing machine now so you can slice it on your own if you grab your own loaf. Always love the sushi and rest of the food options that are hot/ready. Friendly staff always.”
“We were coming back from lunch on Saturday afternoon, and as we crossed Kirkwood Rd (Lindbergh), I saw these cars. We found parking and walked over. Unfortunately, these were the only vehicles on display. Nice tho.”

“I mostly frequent the Dollar Tree at this center. For the most part this Dollar Tree stays well stocked. Although lately ALL STL county Dollar Tree's have been having an issue getting toilet paper delivered and keeping it stocked. I can't remember the name of it now, but the snow cone stand at the corner of the center, that is open Spring through late Fall, is a great place for a cool treat on a warm day. My favorite is the Purple Rain with condensed milk. There are 2 fairly newish stores, a liquor store and a vape store, that seem to stay busy and bring more foot traffic to the shopping center.”
“Healthy living/eating people need to avoid the bakery. But . . . . if you owe it to yourself to have a rare treat, the Dierbergs bakery couldn't be more seductive. Good stuff.”
“Great place to find odds & ends plus entertainment. Local spot to grab quick cheap fashion also, tailor is available even eyebrow shaping. Great also for custom tutu pieces for girls.”

“This place is always so clean! I arrived early, 630am. Had to do laundry for my kiddos before school. They didn't open till 7 am. However the lady working told us to come on in. She was very sweet an kind! Thank you for going above an beyond! As a mother an grandmother to 5 kiddos it definitely means the world! I will always come back to this location!!!”
“My dentist, Dr. Paul Pence is in this building and he is the best dentist I have ever been too. I absolutely love his staff (which hasn't changed in the 10 years I've been there). They always know your name and make you feel comfortable. I took my son (who is extremely anxious) and they took their time and made him feel comfortable. GREAT place.”
“This a great place to teach you children to drive. has curve stop signs, parking spot , cones, sharp turns. and random car drive through to light traffic. I know this is not what you'll was thing but all the store are close and it is still a great place!!!”
“Burger King needs to figure out what there address is and put numbers on their building, and stop using 932 Loughborough because that actually belongs to Lowes, and Lowes has that number on their building. It's very confusing when telling a driving app you want to go to 932 Loughborough and it sometimes takes you to Burger King and other times to Lowes.”
“I got two great pieces from here around Christmas time and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful even though it was a day or two before Christmas he was very responsive and flexible for when I was able to pick up and even popped up to the store after it was closed to make sure I got my items! I would highly recommend coming here great selection of unique items as well!”
“Even though this store wasn't for me, there was nothing objectively wrong with it. In my opinion, it was a bit eclectic, but not in the way that I enjoy. Here, you can find Taylor Swift happy birthday material, Christian memorabilia, southern/country clothing, fun clocks, and many other things.
I actually enjoyed the decorations more than the products (besides the clocks. Those were cool)
I'm not writing this place off just yet, but it will be a while before I come in again.”
“There is a new bank in Dellwood Crossing Plaza. They have had Banking facilities in Illinois for years with Full services provided, but now the recent opening is missing a Drive thru facility. The bank is between a Laundromat, great for people arriving without enough change, change maker next door & to the left is a Dollar General. The parking is convenient and not overcrowded & Contractors are working in the parking lot, possibly expanding. I've visited the facility a couple times and it's not heavily trafficked which I love. The limited traffic may be due to its recent opening which is great for getting in and out as you are taking care of business. Cuz even if u have a bank already, a 2nd facility may be a good idea depending whether fast and convenient is important. Associated Bank I find I like works great for me and the Customer Service is excellent ?”

“Nice shopping center. There is plenty of parking and handicapped parking as well. The selection of stores in Deer Creek are good as well. Nice place to take your girlfriend or significant other out in about. I would recommend. 10 out 10.”
