Almost 1 hour to return a modem. 14 people waiting in line. 2 Spectrum personnel helping customers (not that hard). They were more interested in their chit-chats. Very disrespectful!!!

racists!!!!!!!!!!!! Almost 3 hours of waiting for each new person without a reservation to arrive and they were attended to quickly, closing time arrived and no!!!! They gave us terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!

This used to be very friendly store. Now it's no more good. Old employees are not there. New ones are not friendly enough. I was there to drop off equipments. Two customers were inside, 4 employees were sitting inside. They were talking to each other. I asked them to help me out. They were like you have to stay in queue from kiosk check in. Are you serious? You guys are free and I am there just to drop off the modem. I did check in and waited and still no call. Then left the store, went to UPS and dropped off without any wait time despite there were only 2 people working while 3 people were receiving service in UPS. Perhaps, guys from spectrum, you should learn customer service from ups.

Showed up today Sunday July 21st around 12:05pm and the doors was locked and the store was not open. Had to drive to another location.

Misinformed or lied to about phones and policies. I explicitly said I wanted to try a smaller less expensive phone first, then if I did not like it, return for another larger & more expensive phone. At that point I'd trade in my original phone. Despite explicitly asking all this before purchasing, I was never told about a $50 return fee or that I could *no longer use my trade in*. Worst part was an angry manager who clearly did not want to hear anything from employees or who went to bat for me trying to find a solution. I had brought my phone and everything into store ready to make a more expensive purchase. Manager made no attempt to assist the employees to assist in situation in any way. Employees otherwise are mostly top-notch, patient, helpful. Manager clearly has issues. [edit 06.29.24 Attempts to resolve issue via Spectrum Facebook are useless, I state my problem and get answer "how may I help you?" Then I state my problem again then same answer, repeat that 4-5x ; changing review from 2-1 star]
