Spectrum won't accept your Xumo boxes (which sucks); you'll have to find a UPS store. While at the store, we also inquired about purchasing new iPhones and transferring from Verizon to Spectrum.After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, we left without our new phones. Terrible service. Spectrum makes it as difficult to do business as possible. They must be more staffed, competent, and less deceptive when answering direct questions.They will waste your time. Spectrum has sucked for decades and continues to. A terrible experience all around.

Spectrum is a joke! They have the worse customer service, and after I cancelled my services they still left my internet and streaming services on at an apt. I no longer reside at and decide to not only bill me for 2 months I was not even there somehow managed to pull that money out of my bank acct without my authorization!This company does not care about there customers! There only in it for the money and honestly there Spectrum App was nothing but a hassle to keep working and there internet was very slow!I would not recommend Spectrum to anyone!

Terrible customer service, horrible attitudes, and wasters of working people's time. Lord, Sweet Baby Jesus in the Manger, son of the Almighty God, curse me ANY other way than EVER having to enter this forsaken store again.

Spectrum is useless. The internet went out. They have people working in the neighborhood but the people at customer service had no idea that any internet service was out or that they had even people working in the neighborhood. Then they said it would be three days before someone would come to fix it. Im sure they will still charge me for the entire month though.

spectrum advertises as THE MOST RELIABLE... but they can look into their own problem log for my address and see that i have contacted once/monththis is NOT reliable service. i have asked to be contacted by a customer service MANAGER but they have refused to email meAWFUL

Do not shop here. I shopped here with the intention of saving money on my internet service and the associate did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I was in the midst of signing up for service online and I wanted to save money by trying to avoid an activation fee. I got a quote online that totaled $97.40 with Ultra internet plus the cost of the "self-installation" (24.99). I asked the associate if he could waive if I signed up through him. He said yes...but then tried to sell me on cell phone service ( I clearly said no prior to the interaction) and somehow came up with the idea that I would pay an additional $56 for an activation fee. This was more expensive than my original online quote. He gave some malarkey about how i wouldn't be able to get "special deal" from them again...blah blah blah. It was BS, the store is full of pushy salespeople that want to shove the whole spectrum family of services down your throat. I heard a snippet of the associates break-room conversation trying to come up with a way to convince me to buy after I had initially refused. Sounds like no-one here is actually honest. It's possible that the pressure of trying to get a sale makes the associates come up with ways to word things to "trick" customers into buying. This was an awful experience. Shop online. Skip this place.

Royalty was great and very patient. She stuck with me while I made the switch over from t-mobile. They made the switch difficult of course with their ridiculous wait times. Her customer service is top tier and she knows her stuff. She’s very helpful to her co workers as well. They are also great. I plan to send people to her who are considering switching to spectrum mobile. Great location and group of people.

Deceiving practice to sign me up for more costly Internet then what I told them I wanted and wouldn't change it after I noticed it on my first bill. Scumbags. I will ill be turning in their equipment today and going with at&t, which by all accounts seems to be the better service anyways, especially if you have smart home devices.

Spectrum Charter corporate said I could return my modem to this location. The lady at the front desk immediately said you have to take that to UPS. I said I was told I could drop it off here. She said that's fine but I can't give you are receipt. I said okey, could I get your name in case they ask me who I dropped it off? Lady says no, why do you need my name? I said, in case they corporate says the didn't receive it and I can at least say hi I left the modem with. She says, well they are not going to ask you that. I said, okay well could I just have your name please? She says. No. Okey so I wasn't going to argue anymore. Took a picture and left the store.

This store was such a disappointment. The 800# told me to go there to pick up cable equipment. Kona said they'd ran out so I needed to go to another of 5 stores nearby. I asked her to please call Kirkwood and confirm they had the equipment before I went on a wild goose chase. She refused and replied with, "They do, I've been sending people there all morning." Well, that seems to me to be all the more reason to call. She wouldn't. I'm so thankful I went to Kirkwood. Andrew, Jim and Blake were the most helpful, friendly and efficient guys and got me in and out in under 5 minutes. Brentwood needs to take some lessons on customer service from the Kirkwood staff. ASAP.

The store wouldn’t let me modify my account with them and that I have to do that on my phone. Doesn’t make sense for the brick and mortar but at least the people were polite about it.

I am cancelling my service and just found out you don't pro rate so I'm paying for time I don't use. That, your terrible service, (constant outages) makes me soo glad I won't have to deal with you anymore. Nothing personal but your company stinks. Makes me wince at all the money I've given them over the years. Thanks god we can now get service from someone else.

We have been a long-time customer of Spectrum. It was Charter for decades.Their cable system is so old and frail. Constant outages and extreme slowdowns.In the last 2 months, there hasn't been a day when it didn't stop.Customer service is almost nonexistent. EVERYTHING is autoresponse and they clearly seem to be OK that the customer just deals with the outages like it is normal business.They don't seem to have a grasp that is 10 times more expensive to replace good customers than to do the work to retain them.We have no choice but to use another service provider.Goodbye, Spectrum. You are the absolute worst service business.

The Spectrum call center and tech who serviced my property told me I could return my modem and cable receivers to a Spectrum store. I packed it all up and made my way to this location...where they stated they CAN'T TAKE THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT and I'll have to drop it at a UPS store instead. Ridiculous waste of time and horrible customer service. Do better, Spectrum.
