I have to just start by saying that this location is the hardest to get into because of Sam’s Club gas. I could go to any location. I come here only because of the customer service that I get from Trevin Parks. I am not good with technology but he is patient and knowledgable. I know I will be taken care of every time I need help.

This store refuses to accept trade-in phones, and said I had to go to a corporate location. If you’re not a real T-Mobile store, don’t use the branding. Trash.

9/10/23 4pm-5pm CSTHad me wait in line for an hour just to say they were too "ill-equipped" to help me. Then apologized and said they should've greeted me at the door and asked what I needed when I first walked in. Well.. too late now huh.Rather deal with customer service over the phone from now on. Never had this type of incompetence problem when speaking with someone who is likely a world away vs a face to face interaction. That should tell you something.Still love T-Mobile though, but I am seriously questioning their hiring practices for their physical locations

Got my phone stolen and went to this T-mobile in a panic 30 minutes before they closed. Anel L understood my situation and quickly helped me report and lock my phone / information. He also helped me the next morning immediately to get another phone sorted out. They were friendly and helpful, even when I was frustrated!!

This was the worst service i have ever had in my life. If i could have given a negative star i would have. Trev the store manager and Xavier were horrible. They pretty much told me that if i had purchased my phone in their store then i wouldnt be having any issues and refused to help with the issue. I addressed his attitude and he said because he is tired of repeating himself. I have never ever had such an experience of ignorance in my life. This store doesnt deserve to be branded with T-mobile as a whole.

The manager Trevin and Assistant Manager Anel helped me out so much today. I came in today with an issue about my phone and they were so helpful with solving that and got me a new amazing Apple Watch. I am definitely coming back to see them. They deserve a good raise!!

I had to go with an international friendly telecommunications company so that I could save money whilst traveling abroad. Unfortunately, I live in a small town and had to drive to one of the stores to get my phone. After speaking with a man named Trevin Parks I decided to make the trek (roughly 3.5 hours). He greeted me at the door and I walked out with a brand new Google Pixel 7 Pro. He was even kind enough to let me take a photo and post it to my IG (1.2M) and Twitter (256k). 10/10 would recommend going to this store. If you do, don't waste your time: ask for a spry young man named Mr. Trevin Parks! He's easily the most knowledgeable and most professional person I've met after speaking with Verizon, ATT, Boost Mobile, and Cricket Wireless.

Once again Metro by T-Mobile has failed me......I tried for 2 days to get a hold of these people.....first by phone for 2 hours, with nobody answering (of course)....then I ended up having to walk the 1/2 mile up there Friday as the bus was rerouted for St Patrick's Day parade. I waited in the cold outside, called and nobody ever showed up or answered the phone . On my walk home I stopped by the Boost store and got what I needed, much cheaper than TMobile for sure! I needed a new charging cable as mine was yellow, indicating that there is a heat build up. Also needed a new case. I got exactly what I needed. I even tried emailing name that was on customer reviews.... undeliverable .....why does this not shock me? if I could give lower than 1 star review I would!!!To the owner that responded, I beg to differ...the store on Manchester, next to Dominos was a Metro store before TMobile took over. I have purchased 2 phones from that store that represented itself as a TMobile store...the bags that I took my purchases home said TMobile on them, as did the receipts...so what's the deal? Did this location close permanently?

I was in and out in no time. I've been to other locations that were packed enough to make me wait a half hour for my turn. That's only to pay the bill.
