It's Taco Bell, but honestly, it's not a bad experience. Everything was right. Employees were friendly. Quick service. Food is still pay for what you get.

So went to taco bell to get a #9. Came to 14.00 dollars gave the gal a$20. She gonna give me back 2.46. And I look at the receipt and she gave me the wrong order. So i say hey this isn't mine. Do you know it took 4 ppl to help figure out 20.00-14.00= 6.00 in change. Then two ppl come up to the window and got the NERVE to say hey ma'am were trying to handle it. Handle WHAT. 20-14=6. They dumb as I don't even know up in there. You need a job can't do math even though the computer does it. Apply at Taco Bell. Worst ppl working there EVER!

Awful business. The last two times I've tried to order food (once on a weekday at 930am, once at midnight on a Saturday) they told me they are only accepting DoorDash orders. I'm sure they receive extra money from DoorDash but ignoring your customers that are coming during posted hours is ludicrous.

I tried to go tonight and for the third time trying to go to a Taco Bell (and one was on a different continent even!) They have been staffed and lights on but 'closed'. I am down with trying to eat at Taco Bell. This was my last incident, I went at 8:15pm on a Saturday night and a sign was taped up that said 'Store is closed'

I went to the drive-thru, while observing two staff members in the restaurant. One staffer used the intercom to ask me to come inside and order at one of the kiosks. No, thank you, I’ll go somewhere with staff who are actually willing to do their job. If there was a valid reason for not using their headset to take my order, I would at least like the courtesy of this explanation.

Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. If they are actually accepting orders, you have to go inside, the drive through is never open.

This is one of those Taco Bell locations that tries to fudge their wait time numbers so they make you pull around or come inside. Even when no one is behind you. Its gross. 1 star.

This location used to be our favorite. We always had great service and our orders were always right or quick to amend.But as of the past two months, service has completely tanked and it feels awkward interacting with a team member especially if you order food at night.Day time seems better, but we primarily get dinner.20 minutes of waiting for a drive thru pick up after waiting 20 minutes to go get it. They ask me to park and come in, I do. The problem with coming inside is NO ONE makes eye contact with you or addresses you unless you call them out.I ask if we accidentally placed the order for in store pick up. “No, it’s just not ready yet”.I say, “okay well my dog is in the car so I’m going to go back out and wait.”When I say the person taking orders gives zero effs about customer service it would be an understatement.Interactions feel cold, we feel unwelcome.We won’t be coming back.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. There has not been ONE time where my order was completely correct, there has not been ONE time where they fixed it when told it was wrong. They are also CONSTANTLY understocked. I have worked for Yum! owned fast food before and it is NOT THIS HARD!

The worst Taco Bell in Saint Louis. If you go in the evening they make you come inside and close the drive through. The workers are consistently giving attitude and not doing the orders correctly. It’s so sad too, this is right by my home and I will drive 10 minutes away because the service is GOD AWFUL. RESTAFF PLEASEAlso, besides the workers being terrible you can tell the owner plainly DOESNT CARE about his establishment and the workers run it themselves. No accountability. I will be reporting you to the BBB

Tried a few times thinking maybe just a off night or two. Not the case at all, as someone who has worked food alot, I can agree with others. Window cashier is never friendly and never ever smiles nor thanks people for coming through. Pepsi is usually out of water down. Usually no sauces, or napkins given even if asked for once while ordering as well as at the window. -Seems like a lack of management in my opinion. Clearly corporate is very unaware or doesn't seem to care about this particular store in their patch. Shame due to their location they could be so much better.

Drive thru never open, always have to go inside... there is a reason there is a drive thru. Staff always rude. If you dont want to work, or be open, then just close. I dont know how they stay open honestly.
