“A kid hit me. Tow truck driver told me I needed to call and get permission before we took it over. I found that to be very unusual. I called, got approval. Everyone I dealt with was very good and understood my situation. They even helped when I had to clean my car out.”

“I found Epic Automotive doing a Google search. I took my Genesis to Epic Automotive because my cigarette ports stop charging my cell phone. I dropped my car off to the shop on Sunday, March 24, 2024 for my Monday, March 25, 2024 appointment. I received a call from John at 10:49am saying that my car was ready for pick up. It did not take them all day to do a diagnostic, locate which fuse box the fuse was in that was blown, replaced the fuse and the price was good! The reviews are very accurate. They’re nice, honest, knowledgeable and fast. I highly recommend Epic Automotive!”
“I got into a car accident back in August and insurance was set to pay for it. Unfortunately they are a busy shop so I wasn't able to get an appointment until October. Which was fine because drove around until my appointment. They quoted me 2 weeks and it was ready in that time.... they accidentally texted me that it be another week but they cleared that up quickly by explaining within minutes that it was a mistake. They are nice and update you constantly. My car looked STUNNING when I picked it up.... also bonus they cleaned the outside and inside of my car. It took some time BUT THIS PLACE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT WORTH IT!!! Will recommend them to everyone i meet. I usually hate autobody shops but this place blew me away!”

Service was great, people were friendly and I bought a great car at a great price! They let me test drive the car, get an inspection, and ask plenty of questions. “My wife had a bad accident on Lemay Ferry 7 October. Miners showed up very quickly. Loaded all three vehicles, cleaned up all debris. The guys were so respectful and kind to all the vehicle owners. We went the next day to collect plates and personal affects. Again, they were so kind. The guys even removed the plates for us. I can’t say how much we appreciate Miners for their kindness and professionalism. Thanks Zach and the guys!”

“Quite pleased with the service overall, but there was one issue. I was told to expect my car to be ready for pickup early in the week of November 11. After that, I got a call that the repair was less extensive than first believed, but that it would only shave off one day from the wait time. I rearranged many meetings in my work schedule and my wife took time off of her job so I could drive her car. Then the very next day, I received a call that my car was ready for pickup. Again, grateful for the quick turnaround... but the estimated repair time upended many aspects of my life only to find that it wasn't necessary.”

“I took a used Mini Cooper S from a different (pretty sketchy) car lot to get a pre purchase inspection, and the inspection revealed a huge list of issues with the car, to nobody’s surprise! Jack specifically helped me and advised me not to buy the car. He let me know the shop was selling a low mileage Mini Cooper S, and everyone was super accommodating, answering my many questions, and letting me test drive and thoroughly inspect the car. Lisa was incredibly kind and worked with me to get me a good deal! In addition, they did one repair i requested before purchasing, as well as a safety and emissions inspection. The workmanship on my 2007 Ford Escape was flawless, and when I picked my car up, I was shocked that there were absolutely no signs of damage. “STS staff members and services are beyond remarkable. Not only do they repair vehicles, but they repair hearts, too. Many times I've seen STS open [their] hearts to provide peace of mind to make life a little easier for their customers, by doing an extra task without charging for it and allowing a vehicle to remain parked on the lot longer than usual. I can also attest to STS assisting a family dealing with a crisis. My personal experience was when I was offered a ride home until my car was repaired. Drew has always been honest when addressing the problems with my vehicle, and has never over charged me. The entire team has very good work ethics and great time management skills. The counter- clerks are outstanding; I appreciate their smiles, laughter, and putting up with frivolous behavior. I love them all!
