“I was traveling alone with my toddler when my car caught something on the highway that affected my bumper. I heard from some locals that Spencer's would be a great place to be seen quickly. I called, and they got my car right in and fixed it quickly. The waiting room was clean, and the staff were kind and friendly! I was so impressed with their speedy, great service and even more shocked when the price was MORE than fair. I tried to give them a large tip and they refused. I was nearly moved to tears by their kindness! I was able to get back on the road safely, thanks to them! I only wish I lived closer so I could support their business more. :) Their business was consistent with my experience of honest, good people in Marceline, MO!”
