Some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. Macy/Regina sure don’t know how to treat their customers. Provide a dumpster for your customers and their units would be cleaned out properly.
Do not go to this place if you want to be treated like a crap customer!

As far as pricing and convenience go, this place is great. As far as customer service and communication goes, all prior reviews are accurate. Office hours are part time at best. The front office lady is always a real gem to talk to - It’s as if you have interrupted her 4 hour work day.
