“We thought we were getting the full bed and head board/footboard for the price we were paying but we weren't. They didn't even send us the headboard or footboard bord the bed we just got a mattress and the frame I was a little shocked. Talked the store owner about getting the rest of the set and was told I could get the rest of the set for 10 dollars added on to my bill but I was never contacted anymore about it like I was told I would be. I enjoy the bed it’s very comfortable after sleeping on if for a week + don’t regret getting it just wish promises wouldn’t be made if they weren’t going to be kept.”

“Quick and thorough repair of dishwasher. Problem did not recur.
Update: Had a failure of the refrigerator ice maker. Called Charlie's and the fixed the problem straight away. Been six months and still both repairs from Charlie's have been rock solid.”
