“I scraped our GMC pick up on our utility trailer, but it was all my husband‘s fault because he moved the truck from where I had it originally. ?Anyway, these guys are awesome, they did an amazing job on our truck and it was quick and simple through insurance. Highly recommended.”

“I had front end damage on my car and had it repaired here. When I got my car back not only was the damage unnoticeable, but my car was clean and they lightly detailed the inside. They are extremely friendly and informative, and their paint and repair skills are impeccable!! 10/10 recommend!

“What an incredible experience I had here at this location. I want to say that I have been an AutoZone customer for many years and I deliberately go out of my way to go to AutoZone but this location was superb!!!

A quick background. My son and I were on the I-70 headed to St. Louis from Independence, but in Concordia, I heard an knocking from the engine and the Check Engine light came on. After pulling over and checking, we decided to push on. I gave my son instructions to look for the nearest AutoZone. It was a Sunday evening and I figured most mechanic shops were closed but knew if it's something I can fix quickly, AutoZone will have the part(s). The nearest AutoZone was 30 minutes away in Marshall. We said a little prayer to make it to Marshall, which we did.

When we arrived, it was not busy and it was a little after 5:30. I walked in and asked to use their CE tool. I told them I knew how to use it, which they usually let me and this location was the same. I read the codes and took it back in. There was a young man named Rainer who helped me.

To make a long story short, Rainer came in and out to check on me and see what could be possibly wrong. I purchased $65 worth of tools and then $30 worth of fluids and other parts like spark plug and ignition coil. Nothing fixed my issue and they were closing at 8pm. When I needed to wash my hands, Rainer walked me to the restroom where the hand scrubber was located. Whatever part I needed, Rainer helped me find it. He was more than helpful to me. The thing is, that is how I saw him serve the other customers that came in. I was so intrigued with his service and knowledge that I asked how old he was, He wasn't even 20!

But there's more! I waited for a family member to come pick us up and they arrived around 10pm. But before we went home, we opened the hood and my cousin tried a few other things. While we were at it, a vehicle pulled up and it was Rainer. He was headed home from the grocery store when he saw us. He decided to swing by and to give us a hand. While with us, he called a mechanic friend who we spoke to on the phone and it was the same thing my cousin suspected.

I thanked Rainer before he left and Rainer assured us we can leave my vehicle in the parking lot and that he let the morning manager know it's a customer who will get it towed.

When I called the next morning, I told the manager about Rainer but and the manager said that that is what Rainer normal does, he is very helpful and very customer oriented.

I am grateful to Rainer because it's people like him that helps me appreciate AutoZone as a customer! Thank you Rainer and Thank you AutoZone!!! ??”
